About a month ago my husband ordered almost $20 worth of food for dinner at the screen and paid for it. Some girl came out and said it didn’t go through even though he got confirmation on our bank account AND the screen, and showed her. Nobody working there would do the decent thing and insisted on running our card twice – so we got charged twice. When my husband complained about it to someone they insisted he had to go through their corporate to get anything done – would NOT just make his order the same way and give to him free of charge. So my husband went through all the hoops to get this straightened out and after 3 weeks nothing was done even by corporate. They simply said the manager of this joint would contact him and they never did. So after all that time corporate had to call the place and make them give us the meal free. Never mind my husband originally gave a tip on the first transaction, which nobody here deserves.
Today – 9/21 – we show up at around 11:15 AM and are told before even ordering that they are backed up and it would be at least 15 minutes wait. We left. The guy who said this sounded like he was high or something, and my husband said it was the same guy who answered the phone when he called about the double charge and didn’t want to do anything.
Case in point: hire some better people at this place. I will never return here.

Ordered online. I had to call to see where my order was, it said the person was coming but then it didn’t so I wasn’t sure if they lost my order. The food and drinks came out and we got a frosted flamingo (sprite, cherry, vanilla, cream) and a cherry limeade. One of the drinks he handed me was green- I told him I wasn’t sure this was ours since both of our drinks was supposed to be pink. He told me that the flamingo drink was green. I showed him the picture of the menu online and he took it back. Finally got something- no telling what it is.

The food is really good, however the Moulton, Lawrence County Alabama one is the slowest i have ever been to, I sat at the drive through windows after placing my order for 31 minutes then I pulled in one night right at closing and they wouldn’t even sell me a cup of ice… management hire some people that care…

We ordered two smash burgers. We always ask for everything on it except cheese. These came with cheese, onions and pickles. Tasted nasty. Before they’ve put lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, mayo, pickles and onion on it. This was so disappointing I may never get that again.

If no stars was an option that’s what I’d give. The whole 1st row of stall out of order. After pulling into way too many, finally checked in on the app. Waited from 1156-1238 to get my order. Only for it to be cold, stale. & my drinks in drinkable. Called to speak with someone who blamed it on the ap for not “checking me in”. However I beeped in 2x while waiting on my food. Worst sonic experience I’ve ever had.

I ordered our food told them several times what I wanted, the cheeseburger was ordered ketsup only. It came with NO cheese, and pickles in it, the hot dog was cold and looked like it had been made a long time ago. It wasn’t good at all. Handed me my mini shake lid wasn’t on well and it spilled all over my seat I asked for napkins, waited almost 5 min. Finally found a few in my car and cleaned it best as possible so I could get home.

I had a large food order and I was brought 2 drinks and told have a nice night. I told the attendant that I had a large food order and he went back in and brought it out along with the other drink I had ordered. I checked the bags and told him that the extra sauce packets were not in the bag. He was not sure what the extra sauce packets were. He came back with the sauce packets and I finally got to leave. He may have been new so I didn’t hold it against him but whom ever was supposed to get my order together in the first place. By the time I got home all the food was cold and I only live about 2 miles away.

Their staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is what’s in your car because you eat in your car or there are a few tables if you want to eat outside.
The food is delicious and they have so many choices. Also a whole lot of choices in drinks because not only soda but have flavored drinks and shakes. Lots of flavors for the shakes too.
