This is my regular Starbucks. I recognize all the baristas when I walk in, so it’s nice to see familiar faces. Specifically, Avery is delightful, always greets me and knows my coffee order. All of the baristas are friendly & make sure to say hello when you walk in. They are quick, kind, and are really consistent. I appreciate these people and love this Starbucks location.

I stopped today it seems like the employees are happy and enjoying their job and very welcoming. I wasn’t sure what I wanted with all the holiday drinks the barista who helped me was patient and kind guiding me to a delicious beverage. I can tell the difference in the new management and employees because this was the best experience I’ve ever had in this location.

How about the owners here stop being so greedy and agree to the labor contract so that we can have our Starbucks and be happy citizens. Starbucks, Bowling Green town doesn’t have to allow you to have a coffee shop here. It’s a privilege. You are lucky. We can all just go to grounds for thought instead. Starbucks is lucky to have the opportunity to make any money in Bowling Green in general. It would be best if you settled for less profits agreed to the labor contract. Starbucks can continue to make money and let employees make a livable wage.

I came here a few days ago and I placed a mobile order for pickup. It took forever to get my drink and when I did get it, it was incorrect. The person who made it I did not recognize even though I come to this Starbucks frequently and I like all of the other employees here. Not sure what’s happened here but I am disappointed!

Typically this is my go to Starbucks! On my way to wherever I’m going, right on the way to the highway and typically fast and pleasant service. Today… very different story. Per usual I ordered my drinks ahead of time so they were ready for me when I arrive, if anything maybe 2 minutes of waiting with great conversation. I ordered at 1:24pm and we did not leave the window until 1:39. I got my matcha fast, but the London Fog took much longer than usual… and then when we got it all that it tastes like is water with a hint of tea. Hoping next time our experience is much better.

my friend and i once waited 20 minutes for a mobile order when the store was empty bc they put it in the wrong spot an didn’t realize. another time the drive thru took like 30 minutes. and just now i waited 15 minutes for a mobile order bc the girl was going so slow and whenever she called out the names she seemed angry that she had to do it

Baristas are ultra bratty and rude – my order was sitting on the counter for 5 min and they deliberately didn’t bag up and instead laughed and made fun of me while I waited and they restocked or made other orders.

At this Starbucks I can always count on a septum piercing to take forever and mess your drink up. I tell myself to just skip this one but every once in a while I’ll play Russian roulette and I’m never shocked at how bad this place is.
