Super sweet and nice people! We were hanging out for a few weeks here in Fremont and this place was surprisingly very good. I did take some good pictures so enjoy. Everything I had was fresh and was correct. Which hardly happens at taco bell lately. Amping!

Second restaurant right next to each other that continues to mess orders up, will never go back. Apple be can’t make a stake and mess up three times, and twice roach John’s can’t get your order right. I understanding humans make mistakes but it’s the same workers making the same mistake and shows customer is not number 1. Will NEVER EAT AT THIS TACO JOHN AND BE SURE TO SPREAD MY COMMENT LOCAL BY MOUTH. Good luck Tjs and god bless. I live in Omaha but work in Fremont. The Omaha locations are good, but the Fremont location is 10/10 amazing. The potato ole’s are always crispy and fresh, the tacos are consistently good. Keep doing whatever you’re doing!!

I ordered a meat and potato burrito with a soft shell taco. I was expecting what I ordered and I got the complete opposite. They gave me a regular burrito that was not properly wrapped and it had wayyyy more lettuce and little meat and one potato ole! That’s sad I spent almost $30 and did not get what I ordered! Will never go back again. Although the manager was decent over the phone she offered me coupons to be sent in the mail. I think that’s a joke honestly but I will not recommend ordering from there at least not in the mornings!

Went in to place an order to go so we could browse menu and not hold anyone up in the drive thru. Had someone look up at us but no one acknowledged us, said that it would be a few minutes or even a hi. Waited 7 minutes. Decided if we were not worth the time, neither are they. Went somewhere else with much better service.

It was my girlfriend and I first time here so we needed a few minutes to look over the menu to know what we want. Two people came on the speaker the first guy was patient. When I told him I needed more time for my girlfriend he was willing to give me that time. As my girlfriend was looking a woman comes on yelling asking what do we want. I stated the same thing. My girlfriend felt rush so she just got what I ordered. When I tired to say the order the lady kept yelling and we couldn’t even get our full order out. She kept repeating the wrong thing so we repeated again and she states “don’t yell at me.” We decided to leave because the customer service was very rude. I’ve never experience this type of customer service in my entire life. We will never eat at this Taco John ever again.
