Hygiene and cleanliness of this location is a concern! Found a fly on my cold foam coffee! Disgusting! Will avoid this place from now on even though it was in a convenient location.
Have gotten drive-thru orders wrong before as well but a fly in the coffee is beyond disgusting and makes us question the cleanliness in their overall kitchen!

This was my last straw with this starbucks. I’m done. Here’s what they did. Jan 4th 2025 I recieved two grande drinks that were water downed to nothing. No flavor of mocha, no taste of hot chocolate. I ended up dumping the drinks out at the park and driving to Peet’s Coffee out if frustration that I had wasted my time and money. I sat in that drive thru for 15 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. This is a reoccurring issue with this location. But that was my last straw.

The following is what I’ve had to experience at this location that would happen weekly:
* Mixed up Mocha and Hot chocolate on multiple occasions, prompting me to return and ask for my correct drink that was correct on the label given.
* Mixed up my drinks even tho they repeated my drink back to me as correct, but on the label given to me shows incorrect drink.
* Mixed up the type of milk I asked for. I cannot do cows milk and this has happened so often here.
* Someone doesn’t greet me, or else they ignore when I say thank you. I will acknowledge its only a handful of people who don’t do this. But customer service needs to improve on this.
* 15+ minutes of wait time for drive thru most times or walk ins sometimes.
* Inside is super tiny. Would not recommend sitting down for a cup of coffee here unless you want to sit within feet of a stranger.
* Drive thru is in a busy part of Redmond. Its a nightmare getting out of the parking lot sometimes.

Only plus side is the location is next to the trail I would walk through. Price wise it isn’t worth my time.

Thanks to this location, I tried Peets for the first time in my life and enjoyed it so much that I’m thinking if switching to anything but Starbucks.

We ordered on the app for pickup because we were in a hurry and decided to drive through. The barista did not fill the order as directed and had no stevia. Did not have time to turn back around. I ended up throwing it away. If you are in a hurry, it’s not recommended to stop here, as parking can be very difficult to find when the area is busy. Additionally, it’s best to avoid the barista who didn’t follow directions on what to add to your coffee.

It’s hard to put your finger on what it is about this place that makes it feel so unwelcoming. Is it something about the interior that looks like a hospital hallway with a few chairs thrown in it? Or is it the lukewarm breve with the sticky stuff on the side that they didn’t bother to wipe off? Or the overzealous window cleaner who’s spraying soap on the windows and wiping it down next to open customer laptops?

I honestly can’t say. The staff were friendly enough but overall I always come away from this Starbucks in particular disappointed and dissatisfied.

This is my first time in this Starbucks. I went in about 10 mins before the store closed. I used the bathroom. The staff knocked the door and noticed me they were about to close. Totally understand and I was rushing. Unfortunately the flushing kit broken and it didn’t work. I fixed it and clean it just like new. I came out and noticed the lady wearing glasses their flushing kit broken but I have fixed it. Instead of appreciating I got a terrible face and ignore. What a bad experience! By the way I am a Starbucks royal customer and spend $500/month average.

Service is always friendly. Coffee typical and consistently Starbucks. I do have a request for Starbucks management in general… why is there not consistently good addressing on your facilities. I frequent a number of different starbucks and found the addressing horid. Confusing, not where it should be, not clear and sometimes conflicting to that of the ap. The phone ap is awesomeness but please make it easier for the phone ap user to verify they are at the right store location with clear numbering at the entrance. Not side windows that are impossible to see. See my photos and tell me if you can see the address. I have lots of other examples of this at other Starbucks facilities and given how close the stores are to one another the numeric address is very important. Some stores are feet apart like this location and the one inside the neighboring qfc.

My coffee was good, and the mobile pickup was smooth. But what I witnessed inside left a bad taste.

The cafe was nearly empty when a young girl, maybe ten years old, rolled in on her scooter. She politely asked the barista for some ice. The barista told her ice was “complimentary” and only available with a purchase. The kid even offered to pay for it, and the answer was still no! She walked away, disappointed.

What happened to the Starbucks that was welcoming and warm? Is this really how they treat a child? Howard Schultz would appalled at this heartless display.
