3 months ago I ordered burger with bacon. No bacon. First time back today in 3 months ordered the same and NO bacon. Bacon charge is $2.09 now out $4.18. Maybe try not to be in a big hurry. Pals you can do better. Guess I’ll try again in 3 months.

This is the worst Pals experience I ever had, everything was lukewarm. Ordered two chili burgers and two chili buns, there wasn’t enough chili on the two burgers to even cover the meat and the meat was so overdone that the dogs wouldn’t even eat it. All the chili was lumpy with large chunks of ground beef that hadn’t been broken up as it should have been. The chili buns had about half the chili that the rest of the pals restaurants around here serve. I’m really disgusted. I feel like I just threw $21 down the drain. Thank you very much!!

Pals is the best fast food burgers around! Their sweet tea is really great too. Drive thru only, this place will have your belly full in no time & it’s very reasonable! My favorite quick stop whenever I’m in town.

Holy cow. What a gem this place is. We’re visiting from the Buckeye state and saw all these Pal’s all over the place. We ended up at the 932 N State of Franklin location, and glad fate brought us to this on. The person who took our order was so kind and pleasant and the person who gave us our order was very helpful. The food was terrific! We got patty melts, fries, and a chipped ham sandwich. We’re going to miss Pal’s.

Visiting here from West Tennessee visiting my daughter, Went to pals for lunch, I have never seen a driv-thru as efficient as this one. Super Fast. Service like this is hard to come by in West Tennessee, wish we had a Pals.

Dont get me wrong the food and staff are great at this location. Its clean and fast. My issue is I love pals cause no need to check the bag cause they get your order right. I go to this location about 2 times a week. Id say 50% of the time they mess up the order. Ask for double sauce burger, you get charged for it but get a single. Ask for bacon on you big pal get charge 2+ dollars and its left off. Add pickle, no pickles etc. They really struggle here to do anything outside of how the item comes. Id like to see them do better. The food is still great just want to trust my order is right like I do all other pals locations.

Maybe I had high expectations of the food because of everything I read about it. The store looked really cute and service was awesome too. They were quick and very friendly.
The burgers were so-so but fries were good when hot. I like the shake since it was “drinkable” but not too runny.

Excellent . Good locally owner chain of consistently flavored food consisting of burgers, hotdogs, ham sandwich and seasonal special adaptations of their sandwiches, with super fast friendly service. Fries a hot and fresh with their own seasoning. They have some break items. The potato cheese rounds are exceptional.
