Ordered a smash burger. Most definitely not smashed. Also ordered 2 fires 1 was flipped upside down on top of the other and this is all there was in the bag. Looks like 1 fry to me. DONT COME HERE. Also ordered a pickup and still had to wait 20+ min in the drive thru. I would have just ordered there still having to wait that long

Just do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location. The employees are down right miserably rude. I went around 2:30, there was literally no one else in sight, I was the only car and I ordered ahead of time. It took them 5 minutes just to answer the call box. Then another 15 minutes just to get my food. When the guy came to hand my my food, he didn’t say a damn word. Not “hi” not “how are you today?” not “here’s your order” not even a “go to hell”. Just silent. I wasn’t even sure I had gotten my full order, he just handed a bag to me, did a heel turn and left. I’m sorry me being a paying customer to your business is such a big problem. I didn’t mean to bother you guys! Don’t worry, I won’t be back. Just like Wendy’s, McDonalds, and others. You guys are on borrowed time, people barely want your kind of food these days as it is. Probably best not to make enemies with the few who still show up for your slop.

If I could give service a 0 I would. The last couple times I’ve had my husband go, not only do they explicitly do the opposite of what is requested *ex: removing or adding condiments*, but they are also so rude…. Tonight, not only did they not say a single word as they handed over the food and shut the window in his face, but when he tried to make sure he got everything that was ordered they completely ignored him…. Judging from the other reviews it’s a running trend. If you can’t live without sonic take the time and go to the location off 72nd Street. They’re actually really nice there AND make your order correctly.

I was very disappointed with the service at this location. I arrived at 1pm and there were maybe 4 other cars, 2 in the drive thru, 1 waiting, and 1 eating. So not busy at all. My stall did not receive a response to the call button until 12 minutes after being pushed. Total time until food and card was brought back was 24 minutes. At that point this is no longer fast food. And I should have been dining in somewhere else. Get your act together sonic.

I asked for a Boba straw Instead of a regular straw so I could drink my shake easier. The worker told me that they don’t have boba straws right now. I said yes, you do. I come here all of the time and the workers always get a boba straw.
As she mumbled something under her breath she marched into sonic to run my card and what do you know? She came back with a Boba straw. She opened the window and said she was gonna put a stop to that and that she’s the new GM. I said I don’t care who you are. I appreciate the staff that does give me a Boba straw when I ask for it because it’s easier for me to drink it because I’m older. She laughed In my face. I asked her what her name was and she said her name was “Raven” or something like that … I had a difficult time hearing her. Hopefully, she won’t be the GM for very long. She clearly doesn’t like her job.

Waited over 25 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me for a cherry limeade and mozzarella sticks. Based off other reviews I guess the 20+ min wait is a normal thing here.

If you could choose zero stars this would be the place for it. I had an employee event this morning so I picked sonic to buy them all breakfast. I pulled up to order and got a grunting mumble noise from the speaker. When I was done, no answer back. So I waited a bit, thought maybe the speaker was broken so I then rolled up to the window. Nobody came, no employees seemed to be around at all, it looked closed. I waited about 7 minutes at the window and decided nobody had taken the order. I had been here for 13 min total with no contact so I pulled out to head to wendys. Lazy bro then came out throwing his hands up when I went around the building. A simple hello and conformation of an order does not seem like a lot to ask. Looking at other reviews its clear it was not just me. Instead I got no communication and a bro throwing hands at me.

It almost feels like around every corner in America you can find a sonic, but you won’t find this sonic location. First time visiting here and was very delighted by what was presented. Clean patio furniture, ease of ordering and fast service. The nice girl working was having issues with her headset so went out of her way to come outside and ask what our order was, instead of trying to guess from inside. Our shakes were great, but the service was better!

Love to see that this is the kind of food that I’m purchasing. Not just this, but they mess my order up almost every time I go. It’s hit or miss with this location. If you wouldn’t eat that, than why are you purposefully giving it out to customers? It’s not that hard to tell a customer is gonna take a little longer than just have them park. It’s an inconvenience, yes. But I’d rather park and wait for the CORRECT order than recieve this in my order.
