Picked up takeout from Emperor’s Palace and everything was spot on. The House Special Fried Rice was a large portion and packed with flavor — definitely a highlight. The Beef Chop Suey had a great balance of meat and veggies, fresh and not overly greasy.
The Barbecued Pork was my favorite — just the style I prefer, and it paired perfectly with their hot mustard. Everything tasted fresh, portions were generous, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Placed my order online. I ordered the #4 lunch combination. This is the worst place I have been at in a very long time. The staff was disrespectful. I am clearly trying to stress what I’m trying to say and because of the limited ability to speak English or should I say the inability to act like they can understand English was just painful. How can you run a business and pretend like you don’t know English. I had to repeat myself multiple times before becoming frustrated with handing the phone to my. Who she did begin screaming at as well as when I got back on the phone began screaming at me telling me it was my responsibility to make sure my order was correct. I screenshot me taking the order and it was clearly not what I ordered . My order did not take ownership of messing up my order. I do not eat chicken. I specified what I wanted. I followed the instructions online to place my order and my order was completely incorrect. The inside was old. Ran down smelled moldy Health department should be called to inspect this place.
The food was completely nasty. I would never go here. I would never recommend anyone to go here. I wouldn’t even feed the leftovers to my pets. People need to stop investing in locally owned businesses when they don’t appreciate your dollars. If it wasn’t for local customers, you would not still be in business.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for the longest time. My family always order for pickup and foods were always great. Tonight, I was lazy to go out due to cold so I ordered online for delivery. Our place is 2 mins away from the restaurant. After I placed the order, received an order # and ETA of 60 mins. Which is fine since today is a Sunday, they’re might be busy. That was 5.10pm, so ETA should be around 6.10pm. At 6.16pm, I called them asking where my order is. The lady said, they’re working on it and the driver is on the way. She said they’re kind of busy at that time. I said ok, that’s fine. I waited. Now, at 6.39pm I called them back to follow up. Once again, the lady apologized because they’re busy and stated the driver is on his way. So, I waited until 6.53pm. I called them for the last time and once again, the same lady I spoke with earlier said that I don’t understand that they’re busy and the driver is on his way. I told her that I’ve been patiently waiting for almost 2 hours now (so how is that not understanding?) and I want to just cancel the order. She gave the phone to her manager and she apologized for the delay. I told her that if the driver shows up, I’m going to refuse it. Then, I heard a knock on my door, it was the driver. I told the manager that I’m refusing it and she said to take it since the delivery is here. I said no. Already loss my appetite. Charge is still pending but for sure I will be disputing it with my bank if the restaurant actually charge me this week. I don’t usually complain and I’m always patient but this one is unacceptable. I could still order from them but definitely won’t be using their delivery service anymore. They need to improve their customer service too.

The food here is always amazing. I took my brother just a few days back in July of 2025. I will say, you used to get much larger portions from what I clearly remember, but it has been about 3 years since I went last. And their prices have definitely gone up quite a bit, especially considering their portions declining as I stated above. Still, you can’t beat the taste, and the atmosphere is always nice. I would definitely recommend!

The delivery was super fast. Online said eta 60mins….he was here in 20! Food was sooooo delicious! And the portions are Super BIG! We ordered 2 orders of orange chicken and we couldn’t finish one! 3 people eating! Fried chicken wings are HUGE! SO GOOD. Egg rolls are soooo big! Like a small burrito hahaha. Also it was $33 more if we ordered on Grub Hub so we ordered directly through them and they delivered. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This place is absolutely busy for a reason. Everytime I come here there are non stop phone calls, Door Dash, Uber Eats, and regular pick ups.
I’m on a 14 fast everyday. I when I came here yesterday I was Hangry!! We wanted to dine in. The line was long. The phone would not stop ringing. The staff was moving as fast as possible to take care of everyone. And I felt for them.
The point of the story is to be patient. The staff will take care of you. And the food is worth the wait. Yummy in my tummy. Best Egg Flower and Hot and Sour soup ever.

I went in to pickup my order. Ive done this at least a dozen times. I left my phone in my car. The waitress walked out with my order. Despite providing the name, order details, phone number… This waitress acted as tho I was trying to steal someone’s order. There were 2 other people waiting for orders as well. Neither was questioned like I was. I’m black. They were not… Nothing like a bit of racial bias to really take away your appetite. Needless to say they’ve lost me as a customer as well as several folks who don’t support such nonsense.
