I come to this Starbucks daily since my job is 4 minutes away from it. Coffeee is good as always but the service I can’t say the same. I got my coffee. I Paid for a venty cup with a an extra shot which it was charged. The only thing I asked for was just light ice and what I got was 2/3 full venty y cup. When I told her why wasn’t full. She told me it had 5 short and also because I asked for light ice. I followed up by telling her that I paid for a venty cup not the ice. which is suppose to be full regardless if it had ice or not. That’s what they charge by the cup size and Keep in mind I paid for the other extra shot. Yet this is what I got.
You can even tell I had not drink from it because the lid is clean and also the cup from the empty space.

This is super cool Starbucks with a Bavarian theme. The whole shopping center models the style. The parking is ample and free. The building is free standing and has a drive through. There is a large outdoor seating area. Interior is spotless and has lovely decor. The service was fast and the order on point.

This Starbucks has been my support system for 6 years now. Through pregnancy and post-partum, 2 moves, and all the regular stressors of life. It doesn’t matter if I’ve been in every day for weeks in a row or not stopped by 2 months – I’m greeted by name and the staff are always disappointed when I don’t have my son with me to say hi.

Visited this store 4 times in 2 weeks. Quick service and the staffs were friendly. The store always provide free taste of their refresher beverages. The only disappointment is that their shared bathrooms stinks. Once you open the restroom door there’s a strong smell of urine, so disgusting. I just walked out and went to Giant to use bathroom.

20241127 This location has been remodeled and it actually smaller than before because they moved the wall that had the merchandise into the seating area. The patio area is nice, New furniture and lighting.
20221015 I see that Biden’s inflation in my refreshers today. Lately, the baristas don’t seem to top the cups like they used to, and there’s less fruits in the drink.
20220717 it seems like a lot of the baristas at any of the Starbucks location do not know to give you credit, 10 cents saving, when you bring your own cup/mug/bottle to help save the environment by reducing waste. If you care about the 10 cents savings, please remind the barista.
20220510 @ 6:45… lobby not open … waited in the drive thru… gave up then sawthe sign on the pick up windiw… it’s not open!!! Please post signs on doors and order window!!! So annoying. Cars were in line with me.

Employees are very nice, polite and helpful. The pumpkin cream cheese Muffin is delicious! The drinks always tasted good. This location is pretty busy everytime I come here, especially the drive thru. When I placed a mobile, it seems like I often have to wait upon arrival because they are so busy. Today, I discovered that they started carrying local made cupcakes, and it’s the sweet potato cupcakes today. I got one for my hairstylist, but haven’t gotten a feedback on the cupcake from her yet.

For morning drive through coffee, they take so much time to make one latte and the sandwich that i received have hair in it. Its stuck that i can even take the hair out. Hope the starbucks pay more attention to hygiene.

I stop by here every time I’m in the area when I’m craving a sweet beverage. To say that service or quality is consistently great, it’s not. BUT, I find this location very convenient as it has a drive-thru. I jump on the occasional beverage trend and try different drinks once in a while, but generally my go-to is a refresher or caramel Frappuccino (extra caramel, don’t judge me). Be warned the line can get super long in the blink of an eye so make sure you’re not in a rush because there’s no way to get out once you’re in line. I’ve also tried some of their breakfast sandwiches and pastries, but I’d have to say the iced lemon loaf is by far my favorite. Overall, nice and friendly staff. I plan to keep supporting the business provided they continue to make improvements on a consistent basis.

Some of the friendliest service I’ve ever had. I dropped my water on my way out and immediately a couple baristas jumped in to clean and someone else behind the bar grabbed me replacement water. They truly made my day this afternoon.

On this particular day, at this particular time, I am very pleased with this visit. Despite one of the drinks (Salted Caramel Mocha Frappe) having a taste that wasn’t quite right, the Barista cheerfully made a replacement that was perfect! Very good Starbucks!
