The only good thing about the pizza was the fast delivery. The man that took my call was extremely difficult to understand. Ordered well done with light cheese. Crust was BARELY done and it was drowned in cheese! Hardly any sauce on it. Very disappointed.

Was going to get it delivered until saw they demand you pay a tip to the delivery driver and they set the price. That is extortion if I want to tip I will tip what I feel is good depending upon the service speed of delivery and did I get the right pizza.

I don’t know what happened to papa John’s. I was looking forward to a good crust with great sauce and a peppercini. What I got was a just chewy and flavorless and no peppercini. I would rather eat school pizza than what I got. 65$ of food for 5 people left half uneaten and sorely disappointed.

Seriously just horrible. This location should be shut down. The people that work here have a hard time functioning, let alone handling pizzas and orders. Only made half the order, then opened every box looking for the rest of it while yelling and breathing on all of the pizzas she checked. Then when we asked for our money back, physically grabbed my fiance to beg her not to leave. Please shut this location down, it is hurting the franchise’s brand keeping it open.

Called an hour before closing was told they’re closed and hung up. Quality of the food is atrocious from the puddle of grease, undercooked even when it’s “well done” to the crust being so thin it had holes and ripping apart when trying to pick up a slice. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

I’ve ordered from this location 2 times. The first time it was 15 min late. This time, it was late again 10 min and my Mountain Dew was opened and drank from. My delivery guy apologized and had to run back and get me a new drink because someone drank one and put it back in the fridge. Bad management here.
