I’d like to report a poor experience I had at one of your stores. I placed an online order, but when I arrived, it took much longer than expected to receive it. I was told to wait in the front, but even though there were no other customers, the employees took their time preparing my order.
Both the person at the window and the one who handed me my order were rude and unprofessional. They didn’t apologize for the delay, and their attitude made the situation worse.
I’m disappointed with the level of service I received, as this isn’t what I normally expect from Starbucks. Please look into this incident.
