Horrible service! Closes at 11p and got to the drive thru at 10:20p on Oct 20th and they would not come to the intercom. When I pulled around the girl with red/orange weave and lashes look me square in my face and would NOT come to the window to take my order. I hope the manager see this so they can hire staff that want a job and work. Three worker cars in parking lot and no one working. No customers inside and lobby closes at 10p. STRAIGT TRASH!!

This place was the worst! Drove up, “be with u soon” 10 min later…no response…drove around to see not a person behind the counter…went back through…”order when your ready” k so I ordered…pulled up..saw one…one person working …there were 2 other ppl I could see…phones in hand…ignoring everything…..there was not a soul in the drive through and I was asked to pull around…as i.pulled to the front I could now see the whole “operation” one dude doing everything and.2 woman on the phone, being rude to ppl inside and not working at all…I proceeded to wait another 13 minutes for my food while the only one working the drive through and register had to take out my food. Seeing this more and more.

Unfriendly personnel working at this location. Nobody greeted me at the window as I waited for almost 5 minutes for someone to finish the purchase. No hello, just quietly told my total, took my card and awkwardly handed me my food, no thanks or any type of pleasantries.
I could get over that, but what took the cake for me is to get home and there’s no gravy for the mashed potatoes, the tenders are tough and flavorless, mac and cheese is just some noodle-cake, and the biscuits are tougher than your first heart break
Absolute terrible experience.

We ordered the 8 piece bucket of chicken and the coating was missing on most of the pieces and the breading that was there, was soft and gooey. Food looks like it was eaten off of. They offered to remake my bucket but after a 30 minute drive of going there and back will save myself the disappointment. Wasted time and non edible food.

Waited 30 minutes for a double mash meal at 8:30pm thinking we were waiting on biscuits only to not get any biscuits anyway. So 2 and a half hours before closing they just stop making biscuits and make people wait out front and forget the are there while 4 other people get food through the line and leave without a problem…

All staff is letargic and lifeless. Even with just two customers it takes a lot to prepare your order. Staff is rude and unhospitable. I have waited more that 25 minutes for chicken salad and staff was on their phones.
Even zero is too much for KFC.

I came in for lunch at this KFC and got the 5pc Chicken tender box with potato wedges and macaroni & cheese. Nothing was hot. The Mac & Cheese looked and tasted like it had been scraped from the bottom of its container. The potato wedges were thrown all over in the box and not fresh. The chicken tenders were at least warm, but definitely not fresh. It honestly felt like whoever prepared my order just didn’t care about the product they were serving at all. Very disappointing, especially for the amount of money they make you pay.

If you are trying to grab something quick to go- don’t stop here. You will waiting 20+ minutes when you are the only car in the drive thru before your even acknowledged. And no- no one is going to be inside, they just rather BS and hope for you to pull off, rather than take your order.

The oil they use to cook for this is very old and it tastes nasty. nuggets are wayyyyy too tiny, supposed to have 12 nuggets, didn’t got 12. Not worth it. This place sucks.
