Been here several times, and every time the order has been wrong. If you get your food to go, by all the time you get back home your french fries are cold and stale. You can ask for a refund, but if you paid online, it takes 5-7 business days to process the refund and most of the time it never goes through. The service is also really slow. It took them 20 minutes to get a kids grilled cheese out to me on an order that they already messed up.

We order here almost weekly and the past 3 orders we have missed something. Several weeks ago my daughters whole meal was missing, our previous order our wings came bare, and this week they are missing fries for all our orders after waiting in the lobby for out pickup order for 30 minutes. Then when you try to call them, there is no answer.
We stopped eating here a couple years ago because of these kinds of issues and returned this year and all has been good up until recently. Can’t wait until wing stop opens because tired on spending money and not getting what is supposed to come. I can understand a mistake here and there, but 3 orders in a row is ridiculous.

I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves it. I’ve ordered her 4 times since living in Lebanon, and 3 out of those 4 times my order was incorrect.
I just came in to pick up an online order, and had to wait 32 minutes for my order to be done.
And the staff is unprofessional. While I was waiting I overheard one of the managers (light skin girl with curly hair) say that she doesn’t like one of the servers named River, that’s why she schedules him up close on weekends.

I have never been a fan of this location, but on my recent visit i was very pleased with the food. I feel like the wings have improved as this store has sort of revamped its menu items. I vasilated and was indecisive if I should get cheese curds with my wings or fries, I mentioned this to our server after the fact when he had already put the order in. But when I told him was thinking of getting fries with my cheese curds, he kindly offered fries on him since I didn’t want to trouble him. I decided to stick with my cheese curds, but when my wings came out our server brought both cheese curds and fries. I thought it was so nice of him to insist about the fries, he was very attentive and kept bringing my husband refills of cherry coke. I had a nice visit this time around, we usually get carry out here but decided to dine in and glad that we did. Some improvement here with the food.

Everything was horrible from our wait time, to the attentiveness of the server, to the temperature of our food, even the way we got paid out. My meal was $31 I was charged my bill plus another $90 for someone else’s meal. Then told the gm doesn’t work on the weekends so it can’t be fixed until Monday. I call Monday right when they open and the gm sends someone else to talk to me instead of herself. Our server came up to argue about her tip as I asked for my refund on a meal that was not mine. On top of all this Buffalo Wild Wings has no way to contact someone higher up, I tried calling another location to ask for information and I was told to fight the gm instead because “no one can stand her”.

Our server was super sweet, but we were sat in a dark corner and said we couldn’t move. I tried one of the new chicken sandwiches and it was good…not great. It had waaaay too much sauce on it. My hands and face were a hot mess after 2 bites! I always love their fries dipped in the Chipotle Ranch!
Husband said his traditional wings were cooked way too hard. I’m sure we will be back, but will order something else next time.

Christie is a horrible waitress, if she’s in there you won’t have a good time, and everytime I walk in and see her now I’m turning around and walking out it’s not like she deserves a tip anyways my little brother that’s 7 can do better it’s just embarrassing
