$19.29 for 2 double jumbo cheeseburgers + 3% card fee.
This place has really lost its touch.
My burger was more bread than anything. So dry. Go to Braums for better quality.
How do I get my money back? I wasted 1.5 hours of my life to afford this.

Great burgers, great vibe, INCREDIBLE hand-cut fries – all of this in a proper ole Route 66 setting. Don’t miss.

If you remember the local burger joint, then Happy Burger is for you.
Located on Route 66 and in operation since 1957, it’s a great little throwback to the classic burger joint/malt shop/high school hangout. The selection isn’t fancy and neither is the menu–laminated paper, all text, no pictures…but a pretty menu isn’t why you stop by a classic burger joint, is it? Their burger may not grace the cover of a fancy foodie magazine with flattering lighting and fancy angles…but it’s a really good burger. Like Best Burger Award winning, 4.5 stars (and 279 reviews) good. And, for less than the price of a Big Mac combo, you can get an entire Jumbo Burger special…
Dine in seating is limited, but you can sit at the counter and drool…um, watch…as they grill your burger (no, they won’t let you flip your own burger…don’t ask me how I know). Service is friendly, and if you like malt shop memorabilia, they got you covered.
The jumbo burger special was a good sized burger, but you can add additional patties as well (no limit!) for $1.65 each.
I opted for the tater tots, because well, tater tots (that’s about half the order in the picture, because tater tots)…
My only regret is that I did not order a chocolate malt to go with it…
Thanks, Happy Burger!

We ordered the daily special which was a burger fries and a drink, and the burger was made very well tasted great and came out fast. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Over all building atmosphere was great with a lot of collectibles. Building could use some tlc. Overall a great time

This restaurant has unfortunately gone downhill. Burgers are dry and overcooked, tots and fries have no seasoning, not even salt, and the employees have the enthusiasm of a pet rock when you call in an order. Ive given Happy Burger quite a few chances the last year thinking maybe it was just an off day or two, but today is my last day going there. Sad because it used to be so good.

Listen, I really don’t ask for much. I don’t expect anyone to go above and beyond their job responsibilities. All I want is something decent in return for the money I’ve worked hard for and trusted you with. You see pictures of other customers’ experiences, and it gives you hope—hope that you’ll receive something worth it, something you’ll feel good about. But this? This just feels like a slap in the face. It’s not right, it’s not fair. I don’t think it’s too much to expect the same care and quality that everyone else seems to be getting.

Happy Burger is an official stop on the Oklahoma Route 66 Passport. Happy Burger is 67 years old. Inside you’ll think you walked into a Pepsi-Cola museum that serves awesome burgers and fries. I had the daily special with everything (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, with mayonnaise and mustard). My mom had a small burger and my wife had a regular burger. We shared an order of fries and mom had a Pepsi. We got out for just under $20 and the food was great so it is a great lunch bargain.

Cool small historic restaurant on Route 66. Lots of nostalgia and Pepsi memorabilia. Excellent customer service. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. Food is very fresh and delicious. A must stop on Route 66.

HAPPY BURGER made my tummy happy!!!! It was hot, fresh, juicy, and delicious. The onion rings were decent for pre-made, and the mushrooms were just okay. However, the burger comes in for the win and dominates!!!!

Cool little old fashioned burger joint. I just stopped in to get a drink. I changed my mind and got a jumbo burger. Glad I did cause that was a very good burger. This beat out Dairy Hut in Yale, Oklahoma for old fashioned burgers. Be back again.
