This was my first time at this location and I had an amazing experience. It’s very clean. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, and the process was extremely efficient. We didn’t have to wait very long and I would say overall it was an amazing experience and we will definitely be back. And side note Tiffany P. Has amazing customer service and makes the best salads!!!! 10/10 experience

The braised chicken thighs and crispy chicken are both delicious. I got a buffalo ranch wrap w/ romaine, red cabbage, kale, organic quinoa, white cheddar cheese, carrots, and tortilla chips. It’s yum! The lady who helped me was so kind, patient and helpful! She let me sample a few things which was so helpful because it was my first time there. The lettuce looked and tasted fresh. If you’re looking for a healthier option, I recommend giving them a try.

The customer service is great, with employees like Victor and Michelle, always attending everyone with warm charisma. The food is always BOMB! They don’t shy away from giving you protein like other places, and it’s always so savory and delicious. The atmosphere is always great. Most of the time the bathrooms are very clean. There have been a few times where it has not been, but that may not have been their fault.

I had a wonderful experience at this location! Team member Valery was exceptionally friendly and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. She was patient and took the time to clearly explain the menu options, which made ordering easy and enjoyable. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and of great quality. Additionally, the venue was clean, well-maintained, and free of any debris—creating a comfortable dining environment. Highly recommend!

Not sure how this place is so highly rated . All 3 times I’ve ordered from here they’ve gotten my order wrong. Most recently I ordered a wrap and a salad for $30 and they left out the chicken on both orders, sent the wrong dressing , and left out the sides it comes with . Highly do NOT recommend making any online orders from this place

Had the chicken fajita bowl, everything was good, but the chicken stood out!
Also, the cookies were amazing. Large chocolate chunks, slightly doughy texture, nice hit of sea salt. 10/10 would lunch again

Salad always tastes good but the workers are extremely rude. I took this photo from another review of the lady that rudely spoke to me bc I didn’t get her name or anything because I was mad and walked out before I could lol. I had ordered 2 salads and a wrap online to be picked up. I put finely chop in the comment section as i have got my salads chopped there previously many times and there has never been an issue. After going in and getting my order I always look to make sure everything is right before leaving. One salad was good and looked slightly chopped without a lot of whole spinach leaves and the other one well.. wasn’t chopped at all and look at the toppings.. for a $13 salad they should be ashamed. I went up to the counter with my salad to make a comment and see if they can chop it. This girl stood and talked to her coworker for a good 2 mins.. keep in mind she WASN’T DOING ANYTHING and she saw me and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Finally she came over and said “yes” first of all that’s not at all how you should speak to your customer but whatever. I told her my concern and she said “we don’t have a chopper and we don’t chop here” I responded and told her “are you sure because I’ve got my salads chopped here before and I’ve been here quite frequently” she proceeded to say “I work here yeah I’m sure” HELLO!! What was that response? I said “whatever thank you” she then started talking about me, couldn’t really hear what she was saying but her coworker looked at me and I turned around and left the store. First off If you don’t like your job and don’t like people then you shouldn’t be working at someplace like this. Second of all you should always try and make it right with your customers, not be rude about it.
