Maggots in the soup no way to refund me unless I go in there physically and laughed at me on the phone this place is a joke save your money broccoli cheddar soup is infected. I was really disappointed with the sandwich I got at Panera Bread. I ordered a toasted garden caprese expecting something fresh, full and flavorful. Unfortunately, this was the sandwich. No words or comments. Picture speaks for its self. For the price and quality, I expected much better.

The selden location has horrible customer service. Not only that they charge for food that was never picked up moving forward I will only be going to the Port Jefferson location where the workers there at least have some morals.

I ordered a sandwich from Panera Bread and was very disappointed to find a hair in my food. This is completely unacceptable for a place that’s supposed to be about fresh and clean food. I lost my appetite immediately. Management really needs to improve food safety and hygiene standards.

I’m on my last draw with this location! I tried to like it because it’s the closest one to me but this is the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. I’ve had cold cheddar broccoli soups. I’ve ordered several salads and I’ve had stale croutons, bad lettuce, and oh lord don’t you forget the side because if you don’t tell them what you want as your side, they’ll give you whatever they want because THEY WONT ASK! They won’t ask if you’re a rewards member. The quality of the food is terrible, anyone want to tell me why my sandwich looks like LITTLE BITS OF CHICKEN with a whole bunch of onions, a blob of cheese and a smack of some Mayo?? Like where is the chicken? This can’t be the half sandwich I paid over $6.50 for. This location is also ALWAYS missing something for a pick up order. You are better off going somewhere else to eat this Panera Bread needs a whole new set of staff. Straight garbage.
