Employees need taught on serving sizes. No reason why my bowl should be gone in 5 minutes because it’s barely full. I don’t care if it’s a mobile order. Every customer should get the same amount whether they’re in the store ordering & watching you or not. Most of it was sour cream & barely any rice. Do better.

Came in last night with a friend (first time seeing him in a few months), and right away the vibe was good — place was actually packed, which is always a good sign. Energy felt solid and the staff seemed to get along, which matters more than people think.
Service on the line was fast and smooth. The woman who started my bowl was super kind and actually noticed I got a light scoop of rice at first — she offered to add more without me even asking. That goes a long way as a customer, especially when you’re paying real money for these bowls now. Shoutout to her for that.
Staff was attentive overall: asked about drinks, reminded me to use my Chipotle rewards (huge plus — I would’ve forgotten), and kept things moving. Portions were solid, and everything after that first small hiccup went smoothly. Only thing on me is I should’ve spoken up about wanting double chicken — that’s not on them.
Food was good, environment was great, and the team had good chemistry.
Only reason this isn’t 5 stars: cleanliness. Our table had leftover rice, lettuce, and cheese on it, and the condiment/soda/utensil area was a bit messy. Not disgusting, but noticeable.
All in all — great staff, quick service, good energy. Clean up the dining area a little more consistently and this is easily a 5-star spot.

This is actually ridiculous. Every time I go to this Chipotle my order is always incorrect. This looks like a meal for a pitbull in celebration for its 3rd birthday! The only thing they gave me was the gross chicken and hard shell tacos that I did NOT order! Whoever is preparing the mobile orders needs to at least double check because what the actual crap (literally what it looks like) is this?? Do better.

I try not to post reviews about anything being decent or adequate. “Very bad” and “very good” are easily discernible from each other, unlike the more ordinary rating of “Average” that really isn’t very useful.
On my way home about a month ago, I stopped to eat at Chipolte, the one on Jonestown Rd. I had been there a few times before. It was very nice, clean, the service was top notch and the food was even better.
I’ve been back a few times in the past month, and it has stayed consistently good. I’m not sure what happened. Usually, changes, good or bad, in the franchise dining industry are related to the workers – because everything else is pretty much standardized. Just a guess.

Bowl was good. My side of chips and queso not so much. The chips were stale and the queso has sat in the baine Marie too long and was separating. Restaurant is typically a little rough looking. My boyfriend is a Chipotle addict so we will be back just due to that.

Food was great but manager was extremely rude to her employee in front of customers. By the sounds of it, I believe he was a new employee. The restaurant was dirty and not kept up with. Half of the sodas were out. I love Chipotle but will not come back to this location.

I have ordered from this location several times and it is my fault for not learning from my mistakes. My most recent order was a burrito bowl. The rice was hard and you could tell it had been sitting out. I also did not get the fajitas veggies that I had added to my order. It was basically inedible with the rice the way it was. This is not the first time I have had these same problems at this location, so I had finally had enough.
I messaged them to let them know my issues and that this was not the first time this has happened. Their solution was to send me a voucher for a free drink. A voucher for a free $5 drink for a ruined $30 dinner is disgusting and I honestly would have rather them not respond at all. And to top it off… the voucher was only good for a limited time. What a complete slap in the face… I will never go back to this location.

I ordered Chipotle online before. I had never been inside of the restaurant there’s one union deposit in harrisburg so today. I went there and I let the lady know. Can you help me? Haven’t been to Chipotle in years. Was really excited to grab some for dinner. The girl who made my bowl was great. Then I ordered a side tortilla and kid you not, one employee tried to slide my wrapped tortilla to the cashier on the line and it falls to the ground. Asked if I wanted it or if they should make a new one…. Imagine seeing your food on the ground and if I wasn’t looking, they were just going to give it to me.
Debated on if I even want to write a review but I haven’t stopped thinking about it for days. Really ruined Chipotle for me again.
