First time at a Burger King in years. The young man at the window at the drive thru tried to make up for the stores shortcomings he was very pleasant. Other than that the experience was not great, not sure how they are still open. No sprite, no royal chicken, no water bottles. We waited 20 min and our order was wrong.

My Boyfriend and I were coming back from Florida when we stopped at this Burger King. We went inside to order and the entire inside of the restaurant was incredibly dirty. Some customer left their cell phone on the counter that none of the employees paid attention to. There were paper wrappers from straws all over the order counter. The drink machine had a giant puddle of liquid in front of it that soaked the mat in the floor. The entire drink area smelled like mold. My skirt that I was wearing was soaked from the liquid on the floor and I was mortified the rest of our trip home. I felt like I needed to sanitize myself.

Drive up was VERY slow. Waited in line for perhaps 30 minutes, but it could have been due to the customer in front of me who was obviously a friend of the employee or herself having a problem ordering. I was second in line, and by the time I got to order, there were five cars behind me.
