Heang was a great server that made my first time eating at KPot a wonderful time. He reviewed all the gluten free food available along with what I needed to avoid. I am a celiac and knowing what was safe was essential to my dining experience. He was very attentive and helpful. I cannot wait to go back again.

The service here at KPOT in Middletown has an awesome atmosphere with amazing food! Our server, Paige, had a great personality and really set the mood right from the word “go”. Had a really great time here! My waitress was super sweet and very attentive to what I needed. I was there during lunch and did the hot pot and kbbq. The Korean Seafood Tofu hot pot broth was really good and flavorful. During lunch your kbbq items are a little limited but still had good options. I tried the spicy and regular beef bulgogi and it was pretty okay. I do like the appetizer and sauce making station available and the combo recipes they have. Tried one of them and it made an amazing dipping sauce for the meat. Overall a great experience and I’ll definitely come back with a bigger group!

KPot is new to our area and we were very impressed. The quality of meats was very good and clean cuts,
compared to other Korean BBQ places I have been to, where you can’t even tell
what type of meat it is and full of fat and drowning in some sauce.

We had a great experience here, and a big part of that was our server Jason. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being overbearing. He checked in at the perfect times, gave great suggestions, and made the whole meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. It’s always nice when someone clearly cares about providing good service. Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant one — I’ll definitely be back!

I was there on the 26th of February and I was celebrating my 21st bday… me and my mother were one of the first few tables and we never got our drinks. The place got packed and bombarded that we were completely forgotten about by our waitress… Lunch menu had very little options for different stuff to cook. My mom wanted me to have a nice cocktail that she recommended but that never happened. We had to ask for water even though that should be one of the items given without asking. Our table was taken away and we literally had to tell people that the table was purs and they would have to find another because we went up for the apitizers in the back.. but even then there was water and my stuff at the table so I dont know why people think its ok to just go up to a table and not check first if its being used before sitting at it. Also I was still unaware on how to fully utilize the grill and again no one came to check in on us of course and when we tried to get someones attention we were kinda not acknowledged. An hour later a waiter came by and asked if we were ok but clearly we werent and said we were waiting on our drinks for over an hour and people raided our table without thinking. I honestly felt like I was in a cafeteria more than an restaurant but also keep in mind it was my first time being at a kpot restaurant so I kinda went in with no prior knowledge. I dont know if it was bad day bad timing but honestly for my first time I was really disappointed. I might not comeback, still indecisive…

Already went to this place two times and I really love it! The first time it took a bit long to get our food but it was busy so I totally understand. Just have to come earlier if you want faster service. I’ve been to a lot of hot pot places but this one has one of the best broths I’ve tried. This is definitely going to be my go to hot pot place. Our server Kimora was so kind and very attentive! Can’t wait to go again.

This was mine and my husband’s first time at KPOT in Middletown and from the ambiance to the food to our server, Yadi, everything was perfect. The food comes out so fast and you are able to cook it right in front of you. We did the KPOT and the the bbq and both did not disappoint. The food is fresh and tasty. They also have included in the price, an appetizer bar that has spring rolls, tempura shrimp, chicken nuggets and so on, they also have ice cream as well and a sauce bar where you can make your own sauce or get what you want. This place literally transports you out of Middletown! Yadi, our server, was amazing. She was so helping in explaining the process, she was very patient and didn’t get annoyed when we asked questions. She was very friendly and very personable. Thank you for making our first experience great.

all i can is WOW! what an experience! First off, our waitress was da bomb. She said she was fairly new but couldn’t tell one bit. She explained everything well, she was on point, attentive, sweet and lovely! I hope when i go back, shes my waitress again. I did the Korean BBQ. The food comes out super quick. The flavor was excellent. I love their food bar in the back. I am so excited this restaurant is in Middletown!!!! 100% recommend!!

The restaurant is spacious and very clean, with fresh vegetables and meat plus a great sauce/appetizer bar. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially for first‑timers. Bathrooms are clean but not accessible for disabled guests. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, which is typical for KBBQ. My daughter and I ordered two hot pots for about $77 before tip. The food was fine, but the smoke smell on my clothes and the overall experience weren’t really for me, so I’m not sure I’d return.
