I cannot give the customer service at this DD a lower rating. I waited in line 15 minutes to order a coffee and a hash brown. I received my drink at the window and waited for the food, at which time, without even looking at me said “have a nice day maam” and when I told her I ordered hash browns she told me it wasn’t on the order, which would have been no fault of my own, Which would’ve been no fault of my own, and should have been a simple fix. She refused to correct the issue because “she has a whole line,” as if I wasn’t aware because I’m the one who just waited 15 minutes in it.

My first time there I ordered the peppermint mocha latte signature coffee. I got the peppermint mocha coffee without the cream etc.. The employees should get people’s names so that person could know there coffee is ready..

The young girls that work here are rude and have zero customer service skills. What horrible people to wake up to and try to get a coffee from. I’ve given this place multiple shots. The first time I ever came here they charged me for a cup of ice simply because I wanted ice added to a drink that was served hot. I don’t know who the management is here but they really need to hire people that want to serve people, especially in such a desolate town I’m sure there are hundreds of nice people looking for a job. Just rude and don’t smile. Mess up your order and then act like you made it yourself. The worst.

You should not put a room full of teenagers in charge of running a coffee Shop. I told the guy that took my order twice.I wanted my drink hot, I get to the front and get handed an iced, I tell them that’s not my drink.And then they bring me out the wrong latte and I have to go back in. This is not the first time,This is not the fifth time, I ordered a hot pumpkin spice latte for my wife.I get a hot latte. I shouldn’t have to wait 30 extra minutes because of incompetence.

The cashier was rude when I let her know my coffee was made way too sweet. Instead of remaking it, she only offered to add more cold brew, which didn’t fix the issue. On top of that, they charge a dollar for a cup of water. This location is a joke — the customer service is terrible.

TERRIBLE!!! I got nothing that I ordered and what I did get was soaked in spilled coffee. Mind you my name and order was taped right there to the bag. The coffee I did get tasted like it was from yesterday. This is why I stopped going to this place, thought I’d give them another chance, wrong!! A WASTE OF $30!!! They made the Ice Coffee just right. That in & of itself seems to be a task at many locations. The food – two sandwiches were good but not hot. This location is clean. Nice place to eat in or outside. If ever in the area again we would definitely stop in again. This was a road trip on the way to Miami.

Not happy with that fact , I was told they did not accept credit cards. As I walked in and asked for a coffee I was told I needed to pay in cash. This was told to me at time of payment ONLY CASH to my surprised they had a sign that read cash or DD cards no credit. I was paying with a debit card. The employee was rude and when I asked why only cash, she basically told me the credit card machine was broken. NOT WHAT THE SIGN READ. I was not the only one with this issue. Three more people had the same complaint. When to the rest room and it was dirty not a good store to got to.

I use mobile ordering to save time, every time I order a food item, it is either old or burnt. The bathrooms are almost always out of service, with no other place for the employees to use the bathroom. The lobby is always filthy. This establishment needs to be inspected by an exterior company.
The coffee is ok sometimes, if you order anything but iced it will be cold and weak.
