Not pleased how is this pose to be a wrap, order three bacon wraps and all three had cheese everywhere. Egg was out of the wrap, folded like this. Don’t get me started on the hash browns. Cold,hard, and now fully cooked. This is Jackson mi. Only on we have get it together employees for real.

I go here so much that they know my order by my voice!! Talk about customer service, I love it!! This location does get a little bit busier, and you may have to wait a second but they’re still very fast in taking your order and completing it.. TheCousy and straw cover makes a 100% difference for coldness and the taste when the straw is covered(not just for bugs).. last I knew they still had orange too along with their other cups and tumblers that they sell

Second time I’ve been here where 4+ workers are all standing around not working with a line at the register continuing to grow. Stood there for at least 5 minutes with all workers having their backs to the register on their phones. I just want a dunkalatte lol. Ultimately, I walked out this time without ordering because it’s quicker to get a coffee somewhere else than wait in a line at a place that clearly doesn’t want business.

I go here quite often and always order the peach energy drink and avocado toast with bacon. Recently they have been using the burnt bacon edges as the bacon and very very minimal of that. It’s quite an upcharge to have the bacon added and it’s just simply not worth it. I’ve also noticed that they have been cutting back on the peach syrup added to the energy drink to where it taste terrible. Sad that they have cut back like all of us had to but the upcharge should be covering these and they are not. I pay too much for some bacon that I’m not getting.

Every time I order online or DoorDash, the workers think that they can be lazy and not correct the food when it is inedible. I have received multiple sandwiches that have been this burnt. I am a healthcare worker in the ER, I barely get time to eat as it is so it is disappointing to see something like this when I finally get the time to eat.

First and last time ever going to this location. I ordered a $6 meal deal with a black iced coffee/sandwhich and a hot butter pecan swirl. The person taking my order added and deleted stuff off the screen 5 or 6 times and kept apologizing (already a questionable sign). I pull up to the window and was told my total was $18+. I asked if the butter pecan swirl was $12 considering the only other thing I ordered was a $6 meal deal to which he says “oh, you didnt order two meal deals?” He grabs who I presume was the manager and person who took my order and he rudely insists that I did order two and he is taking it off, slams the window and takes the second sandwhich out of the bag and slams that on the counter. He then reopens the window without telling me the correct total and takes my card. Hands me the single sandwhich and an ICED butter pecan swirl but not one of the two ice coffees that was included in the meal deal I paid for. I have never had my order being taken correctly turned into rocket science like this and still did not even receive the correct drink and had to ask for the single iced coffee I paid for with my meal deal, all the while dealing with the most unprofessional and hostile attitude imaginable. 10/10 do not recommend giving this location your money.
