Paid for 2 chicken quesadillas that came with hardly any chicken in it. I showed it to the manager and he said that’s how much chicken is made with,the proof is in the photos. I literally threw them away and lost my appetite, not even worth feeding a hungry homeless person with.

I came into cookout tonight around 10:30 and i ordered a bacon cheeseburger tray and my burger was completely burnt i ask for my hush puppies to be lightly cooked but those were as hard as a rock too. Im so mad my burger was burnt.

Came here for lunch with my coworker & we was starving. It took a couple minutes to order but we had no problem waiting. We both ordered trays & we were both satisfied. The food was fresh and hot and tasted good. Iv had the cheese curds at other locations & they were not prepared as well as this location. The staff looked to be down a worker but they were cranking out shakes and food like cookout experts. The employees were very nice, All in all was a great experience.

On Dec 8, Order 1118… Rather dissapointed, mic seemed to cut out, alot of waiting between each part of order. Was ONLY person in line and still didnt get what I ordered. Tried to get the huge triple burger they input double but what I got was barely even that… Ordered Fries and Corn Dog sides didnt get them. Ordered BLT bread was HARD, sith barely any B… L… or T… By far worst experience ever had at not just The Cookout but any fast food place. Only thing worth eating was the Onion Rings and the Egg Nog Shake.

I’ve been to this location multiple times. In the beginning, it was awesome. But, not anymore. It’s hot and miss with good service. And just about everytime I go now the food is dry, and literally slapped together. And it doesn’t do any good to order to your on liking, because your going to get what they want to give you. Point blank. I won’t be back.

I’m really starting to not like this location more & more. They always overcharge me when I go. They say they only have one drink size, but that’s a lie, sometimes they give you a small cup but charge you for a bigger size & other times I’m given a large cup size. I think $7 for an order of cajun cheese fries is a little ridiculous. I can get better fries for that price at a fair. & they’ve definitely cut down on their portion sizes, but jacked up the prices. The last two times I’ve went, I got fried okra but it was overdone one time, & today it was completely burnt. I could smell it before I even took the tray out of my bag. They burnt it so bad it burnt holes in the tray. That’s just nasty, I can’t eat that. I doubt anyone can. The workers are always rude & are not very professional. The only convenient thing about this location is that it’s close to home & work.

Girl working drive thru also worked dine in, took her about 5 minutes to get our order, floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in weeks, tables were dirty, food was ok, used to be a lot better though! Got the double burger, but look at these patties….smh

As an adult, 2 minutes in this environment is enough to make you walk out. It takes an act of congress to get anyone to take your order. They’ll look at you and not even acknowledge you. Don’t even try to go through the second lane, they completely ignore it. And the worst part is that the parking lot is the hangout for a bunch of obnoxious kids. I’ll go next door. Thanks.
