I’ve been here many times and this was the best time. The french fries were hot and very fresh. My chicken sandwich was crispy with the perfect amount of mayo. And that blueberry pomegranate was awesome!
The service was speedy and staff were friendly. The new revamped interior looks clean and modern.

the fact that you walk in and none of the members have on hair nets but their hair is exposed and all over the place and they are preparing food. while eating in the dinning room the front end worker decided to sweep the floors while I’m trying to enjoy my meal. nobody wears aprons smh which is part of the Wendy’s uniform. a employee went to bathroom and came back but never washed her hands, and the conversations while at work can wait untill you clock out I don’t need to hear about your night smh!! management needs to get it together for real. would never want to eat there again clean up your crew!! go to Maynard street Wendy’s way better service and friendly crew plus very clean.

Always had good food at this location. I didn’t go 1 star because I didn’t give them an opportunity to fix it. I was passing through. Didn’t know the lettuce had turned and was black mushy edges. They need to be aware because its fast food, so we don’t have time to turn around 5 miles later. However toppings were good portions and fresh.

Just went there, drive thru, was the only car in line sat there for 5 minutes waiting for any kind of service no 1 came on the speaker even after several times of trying to get their attention. Still no 1 came. So we pull of kid sitting in the drive thru window watches us pull off. As we get to the light look over and another customer pulls up and puts their order in. Big flop today Wendy’s.

So first I will say our food was good. We were waited on right away and got our food. The bad part of the experience was an employee was leaving not feeling well and the manager was yelling over the counter at him telling him he has 2 hours to get a doctors note back there. The employee stated he was going to med express as the employee was grabbing his side in pain. This should have been discussed in the back and not in the open so we all now know he’s sick. Plus the manager was rude to him. It was totally inappropriate to do all this in front of the customers.

The restaurant was out of a lot of items and did not have anything posted on the kiosk, so, after we used the kiosk to place the order and paid, then they informed us that they didn’t have the spicy chicken nuggets, did not have onions and were unable to make a chocolate frosty. It was very disappointing. The food we did get was hot and had great taste, but definitely not what we wanted.

This place sux! The big guy at the counter is very angry and hates his job!!! It’s not my fault you make minimum wage go get a new job if you’re that miserable. Heard him cussing under his breath, throwing things at customers, punching the counter in front of customers, and kicking stuff. I would not recommend going here. Go to Maynard this place sux.

I got 2 orders from you around 11pm tonight, one was an online order and the other I placed via the drive thru. All 3 of the burgers I bought were HORRIBLE! The patties were so thin I could see light through the burger, they were disgusting, and the rolls were semi hard. Now I’ve gotten food in the afternoon and evening from here and it’s always been good. This was my first time getting my food after work and I will NEVER do it again. I believe this is strictly a late night issue and I recommend only getting fries or chicken products late at night.

Did not label any sandwiches or drinks. Had to smell the drinks to distinguish between Coke, Dp and root beer. Person taking order was not knowledgeable about products. Asked for choccy milk and got white milk.

my brother was having a tough day so we came into get him his favorite sandwich. we stood there for at least 5 minutes and we were ignored while employees stood in a circle and talked. one girl even stood up at the register on her phone, but still wouldn’t take the order. just awesome customer service! we literally left and we’re going to the muncy location now. always gotten better service and food there anyways
