I went here again on the last day of August to redeem my app deal of mini blizzard and medium fries for 2.99. The front counter lady was so sweet and patient. She worked with me to figure out how to apply the deal.

There was a gentleman with a dairy queen hat and glasses. I think he’s the manager. This is Tuesday June 3rd at 550 pm. You can tell this shift is ran well and they have a great work environment. I am wildly pleased by his manners and customer service.

I have purchases chicken strips two times recently. Both baskets were hard strips of something that resembled dried up meat. The fries were nasty and gravy was not only cold but not enough for a 3 piece meal. Do not go to Dairy Queen.

Banana splits were poorly made, hardly any chocolate and it didn’t come with nuts/pecans! I ended up getting out of drive thru in order to inquire about the pecans. Then I was charged 86 cents for a cup of them. Not to mention the lid didn’t even fit. I’m a really easy person to please. This is the first time I ever was irritated. ♀️ ♀️ Please do better DQ that’s what I hate about Texas.
