There’s really not much to tell We originally stopped at Burger King to get our Whopper on. But they were experiencing technical difficulties – I believe their chain broiler must have been broken because no burgers were available for sale at all even impossible burgers (which are still burgers for the purposes of this review) We ended up leaving and going to Popeyes – but even Popeye’s Chicken is not a Whopper. Don’t worry Burger King, we’ll be back tomorrow fingers crossed That your repairs are finished!

Got a kids meal and other food for my child and I, I get a chicken sandwich, some bacon cheddar bites, and fries. I grab the food and realize theres NO ketchup or anything in the dining room. I go to the front counter to ask for sauce and they say I have to pay for sauce?!?! Like I literally said “Could I get like some BBQ or some Siracha or ranch or something?” He says we have go pay for sauce. Didn’t I pay for the sauce when I got my food? I go here a lot, but not anymore because of how cheap they are with the sauce. My child was literally so upset because they wouldn’t just give us ketchup. What a joke. Will never return to BK in general because of this interaction.

The lady in drive thru had open sores all over her arms. They were not covered and looked wet not dried up at all. Thankfully we went inside and not through the drive thru.
As far as the food it was okay. Not great by any means. Will not be visiting this location again. The sandwiches were pitiful. Not appetizing as i had expected. Fries were definitely not fresh. The kids liked the nuggets.

Food was fresh and hot. Cashier in drive thru was cool
Update…last couple times the food was awful. The fries were hard and onion rings nasty and dried out. The food overall wasn’t good this time. People of course still nice but that not worth a trip.

Where in the world of fast food or slow food is ok to burn my bun and give me a half done greasy fish sandwich… I guess Burger King this was my 1st and last time ever trying to have it my way because it turned out whoever’s way that was making this sandwich.. I wonder if they feed this to someone they love because this is ridiculous

I go to this Burger King every morning to get breakfast during my work week, and I just want to shout out the morning crew. They are always beyond exceptional, they have my order ready as soon as I walk in, they know me by name, and actually remember my order on the rare occasion I don’t order ahead on the app.
I usually come in between 9:30-10:00, and the woman working the front counter is always awesome, I genuinely can’t say enough about how great the morning team is! They should all be commended for excellent service!

The food is always good, but it seems like no matter what time I go there. It’s always a 2 to 3 minute waiting before anyone takes my order, and I’m the only person in there. The tables and the floor are dirty most of the time. Even the drinking station. Trash, spills, and catchup everywhere. I realize there are some messy eaters ,but someone should be in charge of cleaning the dining room at all times just to keep it clean for the ones who dine in.

I have tried this location a few times over the last year or so.
Today, I placed an ap order for a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and a small hash brown.
Placed order at 10:03 am.
After sitting in the drive thru- I was handed my order at 10:25.
22 minutes. And my food… cold.
Last time I ordered a whopper jr and a small fry and it took 30 min.
HOW does an order take this long?? There were two cars in the drive thru before me as 3 cars pulled away due to long wait times.
The dining room was not busy.
I know staffing can be an issue. But this location has been like this for over a year.
Corporate needs to come and clean house.
That’s beyond stupid and I will no longer go here.
No apology at all was given.
Update- after eating this food, I got food poisoning and was shitting and puking my brains out for almost 24 hours.
I emailed, no response. They don’t care that I got the sickest I have ever gotten in my life.
DO. NOT. EAT. HERE.
