I haven’t eaten at BK in years, but my husband and I were running errands and stopped for lunch. The Whopper with cheese and double cheeseburger were really good! The burger actually tasted like meat and the portions were quite a bit larger than other burger places. Customer service was pleasant and courteous. A nice change.

I went to this location the other day and I must say im impressed with the improvement of the services I received from my visit back in June. I ordered a fish sandwich meal and everything was hot and fresh Mrs Kara the manager that took my order was so professional and friendly she help guide me through my order. The store was clean my only complaint is the hand dryer in the ladies restroom was not working. To the Manger and team please keep that 5 star service going i was happy my family and I decided to stop in

This location must made some changes with the management team because it really shows through their efforts and the quality of the food. I had a large order because I treated my employees to lunch after they met their quota. I must say everything was fresh and they were very attentive to the details of the order. They even offered a complimentary drink while I waited. And boy I haven’t seen that being offered in ages. Whatever the changes are I hope they keep it up!

Out of all the poor service in this town, this place excelled. On 12/7/25 i stopped here and they were short staffed, only 2 employees. Food was still fast and hot. The store was clean. The lady at the counter was professional, nice, had a great attitude, and was on her game. I’d stop here again just bc of it’s very refreshing to get good service these days

I live in Monroe and drive to west Monroe twice a week, to get Burger King. The staff is friendly. The food is amazing! The manager Kara has excellent customer service. I will continue to support/visit this business!

This location today was absolutely a mess! Trash on top of the counter you order at. The drink station was out of over half of the drink choices. The ketchup station looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. The floors hadn’t been cleaned in a while and the staff needs a little attention also as the person who took our order seemed to be unhappy about even having to be there at all. I seemed to have upset this same employee as I had to ask for the cup I paid for before they tended to the next customer. Now this was not a busy time as it was a Sunday evening about 6pm. So the only other customers in side came in after us and totaled 7 people. Drive through was slow enough for one or two of the 5 employees to run around real quick to at least make sure the counter tops were a little presentable. I will not come back here. And I hope no one else does after they read this or experience it for themselves at this location. Here are a few photos of what I am talking about.

I have stayed away from this burger king ever since the manager and his fry guy sold me a bag of yesterdays burgers and when I called them on it they followed me out to the parking lot wanting to fight a couple of years ago. I actually thought it closed down a year ago but recently saw some movement through the dirty windows so I hit the drive-thru at 715 Monday morning .I was the only car there and still had to wait on the girl that already seemed mad to take my order. 3 plain sausage biscuits. She then told me to hold on , her mic was still hot , but curse words dont bother me. We only have 2 she says. I said Do what? again she said we only have 2. That’s what the crew collectively thought was something you should say to the only customer that didn’t want to battle the traffic that was wrapped around McDonald’s

They over charge in the morning’s, if you want a soft drink they charge tou extra. Only coffee ☕ goes with morning combos. I won’t eat breakfast here no more.
