I eat pizza almost everyday and decided to give this place a try based on the what must be fake reviews while driving by. I had a regular slice and the pizza was terrible!! It was basically a dry piece of cardboard with no flavor.

Because I cannot edit — my order was NOT INCORRECT THROUGH DOORDASH. Just like your reply was unprofessional, so is your business. You failed to contact customers for an hour and a half, we called you to check because you had our driver waiting for over an hour after they initially received confirmation it was ready. You then told us on the phone after we called an hour and a half later that you had no bread and would we like to substitute – your girl then tried to get us to cancel everything over a sandwich when we had ordered over $70 of food.
We said fine you can substitute with pasta, to which she said she’d need another twenty min. So we opted to just take what we had originally ordered.
This took another half hour for your business to prepare. The driver then delivered to us less than ten minutes after confirming picking up food from you and it was stone cold. All of it. You had our food sitting for over an hour and lied to us and the driver or you gave us old food. The grease was literally hard on the pizza, the fries were ice cold and the wings not even warm.
It took over two hours for you to cook food on a Thursday night? Then send it cold?
When we called back you tried to blame DoorDash for your cold food and rude service. We called four times in the last bit and only talked twice because your front girl would pick up and place the phone down without even speaking.
Do not blame DoorDash that you cannot handle your business. Do not blame customers for your lack of communication – if you were out of bread, call before an hour and a half goes by.
I’ve worked many food businesses and if you cannot make fries, pizza and wings in less than two hours and not send it out to customers ice cold- to which you tried to blame the driver and said “they probably put it in the back of a truck”, when he came less than ten min away after picking up from you – then you should find a new business venture.
Not once did your business accept accountability. You attempted to blame everyone else for your lack of ability. Pathetic business practices and the food is far from worth the cost.

READ THIS! We have tried nearly every pizza place in the area from local to seasonal and even food trucks. We ordered a pizza and wings and had a couple of special requests. Ramos DELIVERED in more ways than just by car. The wings were extra crispy, they were tossed in the sauces we asked, and it was HOT. I’m a psychopath and love when my food is hot and burns my mouth. My delivery order was so hot, I couldn’t even hold the wings.

We were pleasantly surprised by this little pizza spot off the main road. Super friendly staff and solid pizza offerings. The marinara sauce for the pasta was also on point. Nothing at all fancy and only a few tables but we’ll happily return.

Not at all worth the hype. My husband picked up two pies, wings and ravioli and the wait was an hour. The chicken francese pizza was very soggy and looked nothing like a previous customers post ( which made me want to try it). The crust was not good. They forgot part of the order. It’s a one and done for me.
There’s much better pizza in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of pizza, soup and fried Oreo Cookies that Roberto served. My family and I enjoyed a plain large pizza which was freshly made and was truly delicious. My wife loved their freshly amde chicken noodle soup as well. The owner, Roberto was warm and engaging. We really loved our experience and know you will too..

They have been delivering food to my Hotel every night on my stay for cash or card without door dash in this weather. The dinners, pasta, and stromboli have been delicious with large portions. Family style friendly service from the staff and delivery has been excellent as well. If you need convenient delivery of a hot delicious meal give Alex, Roberto and the staff at Ramos Pizza a call and they will take care of you.

Disappointing is the only word to describe it. Be prepared to wait almost two hours for delivery, and they will not notify you. If they run out of bread, you will only know if you call to inquire where your food is after an hour and a half of it not showing as made on the DoorDash app. You will also only receive a partial refund when they run out of items, even though you paid full price. I’d suggest eating anywhere else.
