The food was amazing! Husband and I had the hangover burger. He has fries, I had tater tots. Both were delicious! We also had an order of the texas toothpicks and they were soooo good!

Our server was extremely sweet and patient.

And the atmosphere was intimate but not too loud. It did take a while to get seated, but after eating there I can see why it was packed.

The food and service were great! The atmosphere was good. The place could just use cleaning better. The floor was messing with straw wrappers etc.

A little mom and pop place that the breakfast was cooked perfect. Over easy eggs, perfect. Bacon, perfect. Biscuits and gravy was very good with lots of sausage in the gravy. Home fries where cooked all the way through and golden brown. Staff was very friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Definitely on my we will be back list.

I absolutely loved my experience here! The food and portion sizes were incredible. The cheese curds and avocado chicken bacon ranch wrap was a must-have. The drip wasn’t bad, too. I’m a barista though so I’m a bit of a snob. The ladies working were so sweet as well. If I didn’t live in a different state, I would come here all the time.

EDIT: Wow. The response from the owner says it all. My family looked miserable? Wow. How blind. I’m not sure if you have children , but when a 9 year old and a 7 year old have waited 50 minutes for a hotdog it does get pretty miserable. Reviewers looking for food in broken bow, take heed. This is not only an establishment that takes forever and is overpriced, they also don’t take responsibility for their actions and also seem to enjoy insulting the emotional state of children after 50 minutes of waiting for food.

1.) Inattentive service (sat at 11:10 trying to get the kids some pancakes and they refused—breakfast ends at 11. But also…it’s just inconsiderate). Also we had to go up the server stand to get any kind of refill.

2.) not good food and prices are double what online says. Cheeseburger is $15. If you’re going to pay $15 for a cheeseburger in broken bow, there are better places. Abendigos burger is $20…just go there. The club sandwich was gross. The hotdog was the same one you could buy at Walmart.

3.) inside smells like a wet dog.

4.) They serve Pepsi products only. Not to be that person but who does this in 2025? Gross.

5.) update. Walked in at 11:10…it is currently 12:10 and we still haven’t been served our food

6.) got our food at 12:20. When asked why it took so long, the waitress said that “ all their food is made fresh, so it takes longer.” The “fresh food”? A hamburger, a kids hotdog and a club sandwich. Club sandwich was American cheese, microwave bacon, sliced ham and some lettuce. Not one of these items is a “fresh” food item requiring an hour of prep.

7.) $43 for a hamburger, a club sandwich (so gross), and a kids hotdog.

TLDR: This place is an absolute joke and I think they buy positive reviews

I wish we had gotten the waitresses name that served us, but unfortunately we didn’t. She was incredibly kind to our special needs son and helpful to the rest of us.
The food is delicious, great prices, and the pancakes are huge!! I highly recommend the hot chocolate if the weather’s right for it.

The lady who took our order was really nice and attentive. Their burgers are nice. Other than that all the fried items we ordered like fried mushrooms, onion rings, cheese sticks everything is too oily and looked like they didn’t drain it at all.
Not a good experience.

I think this place is family owned. We went for breakfast and was very happy we stop. The prices and food quality was right on point. I was very happy with breakfast sandwich. If you want good home cooking breakfast this is spot. You might have to wait but worth wait. Trust this fat boy you can take it to the bank on my reviews. Like my grandma told me a fat person tells you about restaurant you can bet it is good and if skinny person tell you stay away.

Small and cozy place – Great Service and Good Food!

We stopped in to grab some breakfast after spending a few nights in town. The place was a little crowded but we got seated pretty quickly. A few minutes after we arrived however it seemed like everyone in town showed up. You might want to get there before the mid-morning rush arrives if you’re going for breakfast.

The menu was simple but offered a lot of options and the food was delicious. Their pancakes are absolutely gigantic and they taste amazing. Honestly they are more like a cake than a pancake. Nothing our party ordered was disappointing!

In spite of the crowd, the service was spot on and our waitress seemed to move effortlessly between all of the tables she was working. My drink was never empty and all of our needs were taken care of promptly.

Great prices and good food combined with exceptional service means we will definitely be going back!
