I know its not fault of exline pizza. I order some food from there and my food was stolen by the delivery driver uber eats. There order totaled $75.67. I try to pick my orders up my self but I currently have pneumonia and I am handicap. You know ppl have illnesses and cant pick up. I wish ppl had a heart because you never know what’s going on with them. If I need to buy somebody a meal I would have they didn’t have to steal mine. Npw im hungry and cant take my medicine. SMH

I bought 2 salads one was a chef salad and the other one was a chicken salad I drove all the way home and find out the lettuce was wilted I spoke to the manager about this matter he said save it and bring it back when I come back too Memphis, I told him that I had driven 2 hours,I offered to send him some pictures he said he had no way of receiving it. Now it’s 2026 who does not have a cell phone now of days even 1 yr olds have cell phones. The location is at 2801 Kirby Road Memphis Tn 38119 also everyone check your food I will also be informing the health and food environmental services to this location as well, I spent a total of 35.79 for some salad’s that could not be eaten and the manager didn’t give a D_M one way or other do not eat here if you value your hard earned dollars.

I placed online order for personal combination pizza. My pizza is absolutely horrible. I had to stop and do review before I forget . I haven’t frequent this location in quite sometime but let me tell you they must have change management because this pizza is not of same taste and quality in past times. There was no sauce if any on the pizza the pre made dough was tough thick and rubbery and hard to swallow nothing like the thin crust they used to have. I tried to force myself to eat pizza because i was starving ! but I had to stop because i refused to waste my calories on something so nasty! The well known distinct flavor and taste of Best Pizza in Town “Exlines” is yesterdays past but The Worst Pizza in Town “Exlines” is todays present. Still hungry by the way, now i have to get full off of the pink lemonade drink. I just should have went to Broadway on Mt.Moriah

I visited Exlines recently and the experience was disappointing. The service was just okay, and the pizza was just okay as well. The biggest issue was the unprofessional closing behavior. The door clearly said they closed at 10 PM, but while we were sitting and eating, we were told they were closing at 8 PM. Around 7:30, the staff member even came over, turned off the TV, turned the lights on, and told us they were closing early. She could have waited until we finished. It felt very unprofessional, and I will not be returning.

The dough seems to be premade rather than house made and is quite low quality. Pricing is insane. Pizzas probably could’ve used another 5 or 10 in the oven too.

I ordered the Memphis Pizza, and am suitably impressed! I have not found a local pizza restaurant that I would order from again outside of national chains, so this was a welcome surprise. Delish, will definitely order again!

A Memphis original..So good I went twice in one day.
Bought one “around the world” pizza and it was fine before I got a slice. Went back and got 2 more. The staff is very friendly, Chris the cook had a poem for me about the food there and it was hilarious. Good food, good people and local company… You can’t go wrong

It was cool but I called at 5:14pm and was told 35 minutes. Here’s where the issue is I arrived at 5:49pm and was told that it’s a couple more minutes on it. It’s was two minutes after 6 PM when I finally received the rest of my order. How does someone miss place a pizza for that long?!

well it’s official i will never eat here again i said i was gonna try them 1 more time and just like i said trash i had to toss over 65% of my pizza because it was burnt and burnt good Coletta’s never ever burnt my food and gave it to me the only reason i didn’t return it because it was door dashed and i was at work the worst part was they sent it out horrible thanks again

Hands down the best customer service. CC is my favorite. She goes above and beyond. I take an early lunch so she even answers the phone and gets my order started before they are even official open. You can’t beat that. I keep coming back just because of how well she treats her customers. A little to do with it being THE BEST pizza in town! I’ve been a fan for 35 years. Thank you CC.
