I love this particular Qdoba, but every single time I come I feel like I get skimmed out on food, especially because of how much everything cost. I feel like the least I should do is get a full bag of chips and not 1/4 of a bag, but the staff were friendly. The service is fast. I just wish the portions were a little bit better.

An order was canceled during my most recent visit. I didn’t do it. They didn’t know why but let’s get it ordered now and we’ll honor the coupon promo.
Also, their soup is back and it really matters as I had a nasstyy cold.
Anywhoo, prior 2 visits went off without a hitch. Order online or app and it’s always ready. They are cleanly, here.

If they ever switch to homemade tortillas while maintaining nachos then they’d secure 5stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because that’s an assured: BEAT EXPECTATIONS FOR THE WIN.

If you’re looking for a great place in Charlotte to grab a bite to eat, I highly recommend this Qdoba! I had an amazing first experience the food was super fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly, and Hailey was especially helpful and made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be back. Overall, such a great experience!

We really like Qdoba. Ate there all the time when it was in Winston Salem. Now we eate lunch there if we see one while we’re traveling. This is the second time at the one in Charleston. Food and service was great.

If you order online you will receive a lower quantity of food. Specifically, burritos are small and bowls are halfway filled when ordering online. Food is delicious though.

So I went 4 days ago to get my free entree (I received due to issue with previous order) well 4 days when I got home I discovered a dead bug in my food. I reached out via email which is the only way to contact Qdoba with video proof of bug and no one has responded, so I don’t want that generic answer to “reach out” when nothing happened when I did, it’s been 4days the least I could have gotten was an apology!

Friends talked me into trying them.
I had never been.
They’re good. I’m not going to knock them.
The best part was the employees. They were all awesome, nice, polite and friendly.
The food. Exactly the same as all the fast food style mexican places.
If you’ve been to one, you’ve been to all of them, and now. I’ve been to all of them.
I won’t rush to go back. But, if we’re in the area we’ll stop in.

I been to this location before and all the time the service was great but this time I hand to wait to be greeted there was only one girl who smiled at me but the other two just stood there no smile no gratitude that’s not acceptable I mean I understand you may have a bad day but the least you could do is smile also I think the place is running low on bags cause why did the girl at the register shove 3 bowls 3 bag of chips and 3 Queso into one bag I am thankful that my brother was with me or I would be cleaning my car not eating the food.
