The Ghost Tree Grill, a Pacific Northwest inspired steakhouse and raw bar named after the fabled Ghost Tree on Old Macdonald’s third hole. With its asymmetrical gabled roof, cedar cladding, and walls of windows providing sweeping views of Old Macdonald, the restaurant seamlessly integrates into the fabric of its surroundings. The centerpiece is a grand bar that flows from the interior to the exterior, while an outdoor courtyard offers al fresco dining and a fire pit. The restaurant’s open kitchen, serves two wings separated by a double-sided fireplace and impressive wine cabinet, with large televisions to broadcast sports and events throughout.

Reviews
Menu is straight forward with many steak options but also have salmon, shrimp, chicken and a pasta dish. Everything is a la carte but the sides can be shared amongst 3-4 people. The rib eye was cooked to perfection as was the tiger shrimp. Our server Corey was friendly and professional. Food came pretty quickly. I’m sure the grounds are beautiful but it was too dark to tell.
Our server, Jade, was phenomenal. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the town, the resort, and (obviously) the menu.
We ordered the French onion soup, 16 oz ribeye, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and macaroni and cheese. The soup was full of flavor, the ribeye was great quality and cooked perfectly, and the sides were fantastic. The portions are quite large, so they are perfect for sharing.
This restaurant is a little off the beaten path, but the road less traveled took us to a gem in the forest that we are sure to return to whenever we visit!
out, but fills up fast – reservations recommended.
High ceiling with beautiful lighting and an open layout creates for a lovely ambiance. All the workers are extremely friendly and attentive, especially Lauren, our server who was a delight. Most of the items are locally sourced and of the highest quality. Everything we ordered was delicious, but the cauliflower is to die for. Also, the basque cheesecake is a must!
