Great experience! In town for the GAMA Expo and it is right next to the convention center. It’s an easy, quick option for a good bite! Trenton made such a beautiful sandwich, and made sure he took time to ensure every bite was as delicious and ingredient filled as the next! I commented on his sandwich building and he told me he was ensuring every bite was good! Big ups Trenton!!! Thank you for making the taste portion of my lunch top tier! Highly recommend! Only downside is all of the seating is hard wood. Would love if there was seating with cushions!

This is our first visit to this location. The combo deal is an excellent value. We paid $8 for a sandwich, bag of chips, and a fountain drink. I had a lemonade that was great! I ordered the Ham and Swiss. My wife ordered the Turkey and Swiss. Quick and easy. I will definitely eat here again. This location is highly recommended!

I eat there once a week for the last couple of years. It is clean, service is excellent and the food is GREAT. The mamas meatballs sub is my favorite sub. Cubano also real good. The soups and chili are very good. Chicken and dumplings my favorite. You can get half a salad for 7 dollars and it’s a meal. All There food is prepared to your taste and its great. The 4th Street location is my favorite place downtown! Highly recommend

Went here twice while I was in town for a conference – once for lunch and once for breakfast. Food was fantastic both times! Service was friendly and quick both times, even when the line was long they kept it moving. Prices were very reasonable, too!

Don’t go when they’re busy. I’m here for a conference, so it was packed. I ordered online in hopes that it would help lay out everything I want in writing. I have a soft voice and hate yelling.
The salad was so poorly made that I had to go back and get a new one. The sandwich had only 3 of the ingredients I asked for and that’s not including cheese. How was the cheese missed of all things? It was the driest sandwich I’ve ever gotten from Potbelly.
The only saving grace is when I went to ask for the salad to be made with the specifications listed on the lid, they did it without issue. I appreciate that.
I wish they had have gotten it right the first time, though. It saddens me to think they assumed that since it was to go, they didn’t have to bother making it correctly.

First time in Louisville here attending the Cross Conference and wanted a good lunch in between sessions. Stumbled upon Potbelly’s and it didn’t disappoint! Employees were very kind, and the food was made according to my mobile order exactly when it was projected to be done. My Turkey Avo sandwich was fresh and made to order and my cheddar broccoli soup was the perfect thing to warm up on a cold day!
