Normally we have amazing service! Today at this location was NOT the norm. We ordered a 25-piece chicken via drive-thru and asked to omit the cane sauce (we don’t eat it!), but were told (after the employee said didnt know what to do),the manager told her…it would cost us MORE to remove it?! Disappointed overpriced and quality of tenders if you could call them that poor. While speaking with an employee they said we base our price of size of the tenders this week they are small. Then said no they are med. The employee then stated that’s why I don’t eat here at all. Wow.
