Great WH experience! Very busy location right by the freeway. Our server, Makala, was so sweet and friendly. Our food came quickly exactly how it was ordered. She was very kind and attentive. We sat down and immediately placed our order because my daughter has autism and doesn’t last long in a restaurant. We kept hearing orders being called out. We kept watching for our food. To go orders that walked in were being filled. Half an hour later we realized no one had ever started our food. No one apologized or even said what took so long. After another five minutes we left and our food still hadn’t hit the grill. Rude employees. Awful awful visit. The main problem I have is the fact that we were ignored over and over again after asking what was taking so long.

THE PERFECT place to come for a great breakfast and a hot bottomless cup of coffee. Everything was cooked exactly as ordered. Very wonderful and friendly service from a lady wearing a name tag that ID her as “Big Mama.” I had to laugh because she is about as skinny as you can imagine. When I commented on her name not being appropriate, she said something to the effect, “That tag should read ‘Big Mouth’. She wasn’t that either.
Several regulars came in, and they were welcomed on a first name basis.

Late night munchies this place is the spot. We ordered online and everything was as ordered upon pick up. Staff was prompt and friendly. Food was fresh and not left setting out which is much appreciated. Even made sure we had utensils,napkins,sauce Etc. recommended

Everything was very good! It was exactly what we expected. Nothing was exceptional so that’s why the 4 star rating. Our experience must exceed our expectations to receive a 5 star rating. Our expectations are to receive what we order, how we order it , in a clean and friendly environment. Doesn’t sound like much but it is amazing how many places can not deliver those in a good manner.

Had a hard time getting a consensus on where to eat so we feel back to our only restaurant that everyone will eat at. Food is always good and everyone has their favorites. We don’t even need menus. Service is great and the price is right. This location is highly recommended.

I just want to say that I’m not sure if I have ever left a 5 star review for a business. I have rarely ever left a review for any business as a matter of fact. This morning I stopped into this location and was graciously greeted by each employee that noticed me. I felt very welcome, and all of my expectations exceeded. I quickly got my coffee, and very promptly got exactly what I ordered as well. The presentation of my food was excellent and cooked perfectly. Which is a pleasant surprise for me, being that I love to cook and am a harsh food critic. The waitress I had along with the young gentleman who stated steadily cleaning tables and asking if I needed anything we’re both wonderful. The cooks along with the rest of the staff were all seemingly in a very positive mood. I will now recommend this location over all local waffle houses. Such a great and wonderful breakfast experience.
