The staff acts like helping customers is a favor instead of their actual job—no greeting, no respect, just attitude. The wait was long, my order was wrong, and when I tried to say something, I was treated like I was the problem. On top of that, they literally raise the prices on drinks and fries just to scam kids. Same food, higher price, no explanation. It feels greedy and unfair, like they assume kids won’t notice or say anything. Zero effort, zero care, and straight-up disrespect. Worst experience ever.

Horrible service. The women that work there are rude and will act like you’re not standing there waiting to pick up your online order. If you’re Spanish you’ll be helped immediately. If not, then you’ll be ignored. There’s really no point in ordering online. They will see a line for online ordering, have the orders lined up, and then not acknowledge anyone.

staff is incredibly slow to address anyone not actively placing an order. my mobile order was out and ready, they didn’t bring over my drink so I stood there for another 5 minutes without anyone even making eye contact with me so I could attempt to grab their attention. Ordered 1 double quarter pounder with cheese and one deluxe quarter pounder with cheese, a large fry and 2 drinks. Receipt showed a double cheese burger, a deluxe quarter pounder, large fry and 2 drinks. Person behind counter did not understand English enough to know why this was wrong. Manager assisted and “correted” the order. We received 2 deluxe double quarters, a medium fry, a large fry and the 2 drinks.

It is not too often that you get to see a McDonald’s in a mall atmosphere to begin with. I was even more surprised to see a newly -remodeled- version to boot! I was quite impressed to see how smooth everything was running, despite it being quite busy while we had visited. The only thing I want to make note of is that here you will typically pay a bit more for certain items on their menu mainly because of the cost in rent, which is fair!

This location needs a pickup window and better staff. Most at nite or eve are good just some people are way over worked and over tired. Do not get Mac sauce it has propylene glycol and other nervous system damaging presevitives

They don’t have the items what we order online and when we ask for refund they don’t do it and when we ask for another drink in same price they charged me extra for that drink as a separate drink. Instead of giving me another drink for the replacement of items which they don’t have. I suggest never go to this store.
