Unfortunately the one near 225 up center street has been much better. Trying to getbout from this location is mayhem u less you are trying to go west down Spencer. The last 2 times I got burgers from here, the lettuce wasn’t crisp and the meat was dang near room temp by the time it got out the window. I’m not sure of how early in advice the patty was cooked, but it was dang near fridge temps by the time I bit into it 2-3 minutes later. The location near 225 has always not only had better quality, but more attentive staff. This location here has messed up my order console degree every time I ordered from here.

This visit doesn’t even deserve a star. Ordered 2 ultimate cheeseburgers no condiments, classic cheddar wedges no ranch, and two tacos no lettuce. Waited 15minutes in parking lot for food to be brought out. 20 min drive home – Tacos have lettuce, we got buns and meat no cheese to be found, and pickles on the cheddar wedges. Called to get a guy laughing on the phone saying his name is “I do have one” and called me Karen then hung up. $27 unedible food!

This staff is the rudest most disrespectful miserable people I’ve ever done business with they will mess up your order and pretend it’s your fault and they’re so rude I can’t get over how absolutely rude these people are. Did I say how rude they were? I then called to get the name of the manager that was so rude to me and a Jamaican lady answered the phone and said Go play with someone else and hung up on me, Elizabeth was the one who was at the register while all this was going on, she first tried to tell me there wasn’t a manager available Ii could tell she was lying, when I asked her if she was sure, she hesitated and then went in the back for a few and told the manager whatever and that’s where the problem started

Over past few weeks this location has really stepped up their game, food has come out perfect! Wife and I had been previously disappointed and were reluctant to go back. It’s very convenient location and we’ve found they are doing something different. Food is spot on! Hot, fresh and delicious. Keep up the good job guys.

Left one jack in the box off of the beltway because it was packed. Drove a little farther to get to this one and there was less cars but unfortunately the service was extremely slow. We just decided to leave.
