Went through drive through at 4:40 pm, full on traffic time. Big Zax snack fingers were about the same size as a French fry, VERY dark brown and soggy. Granddaughter said they were gross and said she wouldn’t eat so I gave her my sandwich. I also received the wrong drink, even though I repeated the drink order 3 times. They gave me lukewarm sweet tea (gag). Once I was back in traffic I wasn’t turning around, so the trip was a huge waste of money for horrible food and tea that got dumped in my grass at the house.

3 of the last 5 visits have been disappointing. To begin with. All I order from Zaxby’s is a large fry with one Zax sauce. That’s it. Simple order. For some reason my fries didn’t come seasoned or with very little seasoning. See pictures if you don’t believe me. This was the last time they get me. On top of that they got rid of the basket of fries. Which was a pretty good deal. Nice knowing you Zaxby’s. It was a great run.
Update: I went back to get one of the salads. This is sad. I had a salad from an out of state location and it was filled to the brim with vegetables. I’m officially done

I was driving to Miami from Cali and stopped by this establishment. My friends and I all got the Mr beast meal, it was so awful we sat in the car and cried. Yet again this was 10 minutes before they closed and we were very sleep deprived. I thought I saw God standing inside but it was just a cardboard cutout of Jimmy. Still got a picture of that somewhere. So yeah, idk why I’m writing this. The three of us immediately had to go to the gas station next door and take turns dropping tar in the bathroom due to the quality of that meal. Still beats burger king

Zaxby’s never disappoints. The chicken is always hot, crispy, and way too easy to crave, and the Zax Sauce deserves its own fan club. The service is quick, the portions are solid, and somehow everything tastes even better than you remember. If you’re in the mood for comfort food done right, Zaxby’s is the move.

We love Zaxby’s as a family but it wasn’t that pleasant at this location. The fries were stale. The chicken tasted good to me. There was food on our table from some other customers, which would have been fine if they were busy but we had been the only customers in the restaurant for at least 15 minutes.

When I order 5 extra tenders as a promotional offer and don’t get them. That may be OK to slide because yall are busy. But when I ask for extra seasoning for my fries and get this. Then that’s a slap in the face, and basically, saying the customer isn’t worth it. Your employees acted like I was interrupting their day by asking if my seasoning was in the bag.

I ordered door dash delivery and this location did not give me any of the sauce that I ordered and they also shorted me one large order of fries that I ordered. I called Zaxby’s on Benton Rd and they said they don’t deliver so I would have to come get it. So I now have to clock out from my job just to drive over and get the things that they shorted me. It pisses me off.

First time trying Zaxby’s. I was pretty shocked that their spicy signature chicken sandwich was better than Popeye’s. I would recommend their quick and amazing service! The food was amazing. Their fries and burger was super fresh!

Only received 1 ranch packet for my salad. After I spent 5 minutes searching the bag for a fork that was not included, my salad spilled in my lap and was ruined. Thanks for not supplying the fork to accompany my overpriced basic salad.
