Waited 30 minutes in line just to get low par food. Ordered baconator fries and had two strips of bacon and unmelted cheese. My Dave’s single was drenched in ketchup and Mayo so much that it was leaking into the bag. Absolutely disgusting and on top of that my sandwich was cold

Boo. So I went through at 8:30 and had a modest order. Nothing huge. Two double stacks and two JBCs. A couple nuggets, a couple fries, a couple drinks. Of course I get pulled. No big deal, but I asked for my receipt and was told rather roughly and impatiently and annoyed by the clerk that they’d have it in my bags. So I sat for seriously no joke twelve minutes before they brought my food out. Of course a drink was forgotten so I had to get back in line to get the lemonade I paid for. At the window they were rude about my drink. The fries were ancient and ice cold and the hamburger patties were totally undercooked raw gross. I didn’t call to complain because I just knew that night shift couldn’t bring themselves to care if their lives depended on it. I love the Wendy’s menu but this location would have Dave Thomas spinning in his grave. There’s always something wrong here but the gross pink meat is a bridge too far. Avoid it. You’d be better off eating a tumor.

After waiting in line for as long as we did, I would expect for the food to be somewhat fresh. The fries were cold/hard and as you can see in the picture, not even filled. If I wanted that many fries I would have saved money and got a small. The chicken on the sandwiches was rock hard and the beef on the burger was old and rubbery. Couldn’t even get the drink order correct. Needless to say there is some work to be done to correct these issues and hopefully that is what happens.

Every single time I go through this place something is nearly forgotten every time and if something’s not forgotten, it’s not right. Don’t get me wrong. The food is good. The atmosphere is nice only because the town around it but the work atmosphere is not because they don’t want to work there and they just need money. They don’t care about providing you a service. We stopped in to eat. If I wasn’t so hungry I would have turned around and walked out! I have never been inside a restaurant that was so dirty! I had to wipe down the table we sat at cause it was so dirty. There was trash on several tables as well. The floors had trash on them. The fountain machine was disgusting! The manager and 4 other employees were all standing behind the counter and talking, laughing, etc. There were plenty enough employees to get the place cleaned up. I am a manager of a convenience store and when I see places like this it makes me wish I was the manager because oh what a difference there would be! We also discovered our sandwiches were barely warm and the cheese on 1 sandwich was not melted. I love Wendy’s food but I will never go back to this one. It also explains why there was only one other couple besides us inside! DISGUSTING!

Wanted a Dave’s Double with no tomato. The burgers were old and cold. They put extra tomatoes on it. The fries were ice cold and salted to death. I’m not a fan of McNastys but I woulda got a better meal and it wouldn’t have cost me $13. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ate at.
