Visited the Fort Payne location on 3/2/22 at 6:52 PM to cure a Whopper craving. Noticed that the inside of the store wasn’t busy, practically empty so we decided to go in. Placed our order and waited for our food. Took a while to get our order and noticed that we were given onion rings in one order instead of fries. I didn’t take it back because it took so long to get our food in the first place. As we were eating another customer came inside with a complaint with their order. We finished our meal and left. As we were leaving yet another customer was walking in with their food bag. I used to frequent this location when I worked in town, hate to see it go down hill.

I love Burger King, I order the Texas double Whopper combo everyday Monday through Friday. This is my go-to place for lunch. All I could ask for is put mushrooms on it as well as jalapenos. That would be a bomb. Thank you Burger King.

If there was less than a star , I would give them negative, first of all 20 plus minutes on the drive through, there was 2 cars in front of us, each took at least 5min because of the person taking the orders named teresa, no name tag had to ask, took her Abit to take our order, which is 2things, we have food allergies, and of course, the food is wrong, so we would end up at the hospital, had to waist the whole lunch hour to get the sandwich correct, look how filthy the place is, and no straw’s for the drinks, what the heck، it’s fast food, not science wow, stay away from this place, and she claimed she does have a servsafe certificate, so I said practice it !! What makes this even worse, is the leadership, I was contacted by phone , they left me a message, I called 3 times , 2 different days, still no answer , or call back , no surprise, it’s a reflection of leadership!

We went through the drive thru and after being directed to pay at the second window we sat and waited for 10. Our food sat on the counter getting colder. We were still waiting to pay and was about to pull off when the employee opens the window he called off the order in front of us who had already pulled off. We will not be eating here again. 🙁

Absolutely couldn’t ask for a better crew than the young guns in there in the evening. Respectable, caring, and polite. They were amazing with advice on good new items and the food was very fresh. Keep up the good work!!!

It’s fast food. If you like burger king, this place is quick and has friendly staff. It’s not going to be anything other than that.
