I’ve gone to this bar a handful of times and it’s been a good environment for the most part. Patrons are nice. Foods average. Bartender sucks. she’s been rude a few times. So it’s time for a review this time. Unaware of when you might need a drink. So you gotta ask for one, she tells me that “you need to read more signs” and laughs in my face, points up and the sign says “don’t talk to the back of my head, bartenders hate that”. Maybe if she was more observant instead of giving all of her attention to her “nine o’clock party every Monday” I wouldn’t have to ask. More importantly, i asked nicely with “when you get the chance” meaning no rush. It wasn’t very busy either. And when I said “my drinks been empty for 10-15 minutes” she picks it up, laughs some more and says it’s not empty when there’s quite literally not even half a sip at the bottom that’s been there. I wouldn’t suggest the place to anyone ever again. I live by the customers always right. She does not. this woman’s ego is 10x bigger than she is. If you’re in Oneida for anything, avoid the short, red headed, curly haired woman.

Unfortunately, the bartender had to look up how to make drinks. It was not a very welcoming atmosphere so I would recommend going with friends. The food was basic bar food, it was not made to look presentable and the drinks are average to high for this area. The bar is beautiful with a wood like look. Parking is limited.

Came in for some food and sat at a table. There were three bartenders behind the bar on a Thursday afternoon. The bar wasn’t busy but they yelled to us from the bar to take our order and made us walk up to get our drinks. They told us to watch the bar and our food would come out there. They actually ended up bringing the food to our table, but did not stop back to check on us at all. Bartenders were also not very friendly. If they’re looking to just have a bar scene that’s fine, but there’s a bunch of tables in the restaurant they could be serving food to. And of course the receipt suggested a 18-22 percent tip for barely serving us.

Stopped here on a day trip to Onieda and looking for a place to have lunch. Having been a server for 15 years, I loved it. I loved that there were sever pet pives posted everywhere in a tongue in cheek sutle way, like dont talk to the bartenders back. The food was great, plentiful ( i could not finish it. There was so much). We had 2 drinks each and 2 entrees, and it was $49! we sat at the bar, and the bartender was lovely and engaging. The music at the time was up to date and relaxing. Awesome, clean, NOT a hole in the wall. Ambiance? On par with some of the best. Lacquered wood everywhere. Entertainment includes live bands, pig roasts and your classic bar games. Outside seating? They’ve got that. You want some liquor you’ve never even heard of? Go for it, shelves are stocked with something youre bound to love. Canned cocktails and craft items. Full kitchen with the biggest turkey club I’ve ever seen in my life. If I lived closer this would be my spot.
