Second time visiting here and both times, staff has been very friendly and the food is great! I asked for a special requested omelette that I only had heard of and had in Ohio and the cook did a great job making it happen! Shout out to everyone there! Will definitely be back

How did I miss this spot after wintering in Hudson for years!
The front looked a little tattered, likely from the last hurricane, but once you get through those doors, presto!
You have a really comfy cozy clean coffee and comfort food cafe/restaurant.
The waitress was friendly and helpful, the food was good and wholesome, and the atmosphere is relaxed and homey.
We will be back, and we hope more people discover this gem like we did.

Our waitress Stephanie was extremely sweet and accommodating today, answered all my questions about interesting lunch menu items and always answered with a big friendly smile and ingredient details, I had the steak skillet which you can clearly see is packed full of tender meat and very lightly seasoned potatoes, I could not finish it! My husband had biscuits with gravy and side of bacon and we shared a side of country fried steak, everything was great. Cream sauce needed a lot more pepper and toast barely had any butter on them but, those are our only 2 complaints, sweet tea was almost old fashion perfect!! this was our 1st visit but won’t be our last! Very clean and well maintained establishment

Wow! The Breakfast here was amazing! I didn’t even know that this restaurant existed. Just perfect little Breakfast place in Hudson off US 19 South. I had a Greek Omelette with Home-fries and Coffee and my guest had a fruit Crepe and she loved it . Also the Coffee and Service was really good. I will definitely go back again and have breakfast. Great job!!! Took some pictures of the food for everyone.

I think this will be my go-to breakfast place til the day die. Not only are the breakfast choices good and plenty, you can get them anytime they are open! Compliment your breakfast with a bloody mary or mimosas. If your little heart desires lunch, get ya a Tin Can (not the burgers name) a club sandwich or anything on the menu. Honestly, I’ve never had anything there that I didn’t like. Just don’t sit at my table ..just in case I show up

Loved this place. Really good food, waitress Nicole was very friendly and prompt. The crapes were delicious but a lil pricey. $50 our first visit $30 our second visit. I would totally recommend!!

This is hands down, by far, the best breakfast / lunch diner in Hudson and Pasco County… the quality, flavor and presentation of the food is what you’d expect from a fancy Miami restaurant. The service too was on point, friendly, attentive and fast. Overall A++ and highly recommended!!!

When someone tells me to picture a mom n’ pop spot, this is it. Look no further than Tin Can Cafe because this place is awesome from start to finish.
My best friend and I were seated immediately and greeted by our server, Sarah, who made our brunch feel like eating at a friend’s house. She was friendly and helpful in the most genuine way.
She had our waters and coffees out in a flash, and I love the big mugs they serve the coffee in. We were given plenty of time to order, and once we did, our food came out quicker than I thought it would. And it looked so good!
I had the country fried steak breakfast, and made selections (which were included) of three sunny-side up eggs, home fries, and rye toast.
The country fried steak came out absolutely smothered in gravy. Might’ve been too much gravy for others but that’s what your toast is for. The eggs were -perfectly- cooked, and I was amazed with how photogenic they were. (I’m just saying, go look at that picture.) The slices of rye bread were not just one slice cut into two triangles. These were two full-sized slices of rye, toasted and buttered just right. And the home fries? OMG, y’all. They were seasoned thoroughly and made this meal one of the best I’ve ever had in Hudson.
To top it off, Sarah asked if we needed hot sauce, which is always a green flag to me, and they had 3-4 kinds if I remember right. Of course I got that Crystal Hot Sauce and drizzled generously.
It was so much food that I couldn’t finish it in one go, but it made for some amazing leftovers this morning!
