Taylor, our server, is one of the best we have ever had. In addition to making sure our drinks were always full, explaining the process thoroughly, and checking in with us often, she was literally running from table to table. Apparently she is one of the most highly requested servers (it’s easy to see why), so she stayed busy, but never made us feel like we were taking up time at all.
We opted for both the hot pot and the bbq. Immediately after placing our order, for the hot pot soup, they were delivered while she was explaining how to order items.
All items were delivered within minutes of us placing our order.
And the sweet tea is delicious! My husband had 4.
For soups, we ordered a mushroom, a miso, and 2 Szechuan Spicy. That one packed some heat! We ended up mixing those and the mushroom to balance it out.
Highly recommend the restaurant, and Taylor
I just left K‑Pot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot in Rogers, Arkansas, and it was an incredible experience. I’ve visited many hot pot and Korean BBQ restaurants across the country, and up until now my favorites were in Las Vegas and Tulsa—but this location officially takes the top spot.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted promptly by friendly staff at the front door. I asked for a smaller two-top table in a corner near the bar, and they were happy to accommodate. My server, Mac, was at my table within minutes and did an outstanding job explaining the process and making sure I was comfortable.
Ordering is done through a tablet at the table, which is incredibly efficient—everything I ordered arrived in under three minutes, ready to cook. Weekend dinner pricing is $29.99, which I gladly paid for the full menu experience. (Lunch pricing is lower during the week with a more limited selection.)
The selection was excellent: multiple soup bases (I chose miso), ribeye, flank steak, brisket, shrimp, fish, mushrooms, ramen noodles, and more. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The sauce bar is large and well stocked, and there’s also a hot bar with items like egg rolls, chicken nuggets, and even lychee—something you don’t see often.
The atmosphere is clean, modern, and energetic. Mac even brought over two of his favorite house sauce combinations for me to try—both were excellent, though one definitely brought the heat. The general manager, Candi, stopped by my table as well and was extremely friendly and welcoming.
I arrived right at opening (11:30 a.m.) when it wasn’t very busy, but within an hour the restaurant was completely full, with a line forming in the lobby. That alone says a lot.
I’ll absolutely be back—likely on a weekly basis. Having a hot pot spot of this quality locally means I won’t need to make the longer trips to Springfield or Tulsa anymore. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
Grub Score 9.5/10.0
The food was super yummy, service was awesome, and I really liked all the neon, lol. Even the bathrooms had backlighting.
Definitely coming back again.

Would absolutely do it again (with elastic waistbands).
