Black lady that was working on 1/10/26 at 9:00 AM was extremely rude. The other lady made my coffee wrong. I asked her to fix it and she did. But then the black lady( don’t know her name.) she’s tall. Jumped in stating that the butter pecan was in there (it was not) and that I had to pay extra. First time at this Dunkin’. Been to many others and the butter pecan coffee never tasted like that, simply because it was not in there. She was so utterly rude it was disturbing. I work in hospitality and wow, would I NEVER talk to a guest like that.

I went in 2/19 at around 2:25 and asked for a refresher with extra concentrate. The cashier asked one if the guys working and he said no they’re not allowed to do extra concentrate. I expressed to him that I had never heard of that because I actually worked at a dunkin in cheshire. He came up to me with an attitude and said “do you still work at dunkin?” to which i replied no, and he responded “exactly you don’t know anything.” I actually had to tell him that he didn’t have to be rude. He absolutely ruined my day, i only came to this location because the one by the gas station was closed. I have gotten extra concentrate at both locations so this was absolutely unacceptable! Someone needs to give some form of disciplinary action to this employee because he was not at all professional.

I wish I could give a better service rating, but it’s hard to given how busy this place is. It’s not that they’re understaffed, but they get so much traffic off of I-84 it’s hard to manage. Otherwise the food is great and they don’t forget anything.

1st time ever in my life I had freshly made hit doughnuts here at this location came along the way going to NH. It was about 530am. I recommend to visit this location for hot freshly made doughnuts. My favorite is coconut doughnuts.

The workers were very good with customer requests, friendly, and accommodating. The building is a bit dated and run down. The food is dunkin, always fills a need, and I would definitely go back.

Terrible service… wait 20 min for an simple wrap, after asking they start preparing my order, they give me the wrong item, I requested the right item and they still did it wrong. After 3 attempts to get a simple wrap with not bacon right. I just left and loose my money. I DON’T have 30 min to wait for a DUNKIN DONUTS order.

Absolutely worst customer service! They botched my order and then were rude about thier mistake. I could actually hear them swearing in the back. I work with the public and niether myself or any of the team would ever behave in such a manner. ( and I can be pretty spicy).

Watch out for FINGERNAILS in your drinks! GROSS!!! I work up the street and was going almost everyday, along with the rest of my staff but then my coworker had a fingernail in her drink! Ewww
And they didn’t care when she brought it back! My coworker is so reasonable, just looking for a replacement and maybe an apology….They refused to admit fault! Disgusting. Our whole staff is completely grossed out by this branch…imagine what else they’re doing Yikes!

Tried it for the first time,service slow as molasses on all ends. the cashier, coffeemaker sooo slow and the cook! Apologized for the wait to get the order said it was busy,3 before me then After the wait was another 20 min for coffee!only good thing is Russ bought my coffee! Tried one more time to see,No Bueno!

If there were negative stars ..that is how I would rate this place. Line of people waiting to order was out the door. One cashier and 5 prep staff standing around. Each order at the register was a minimal 5-6 mins just to take the order. Cashier would run in back and yell at prep staff after taking order instead of taking the next order of the person waiting in line. I walked out and will not be returning
