I could not understand the person working the drive thru window and kept repeating what I wanted. The lady at the window was very rude, probably the one working the speaker at the drive thru. I had ordered the 12pc extra crispy family meal and when I got home to look at my meal I had received a 9 pc original chicken meal. I had ordered the family meal for a reason and it not cheap. Customer service is very important to me so for that and being cheated on the meal, I will not be back there.

Went to the drive through said my order, the woman taking the order had an attitude and wasn’t professional at all. I couldn’t understand what she was saying cause she was talking too fast so I asked her to repeat herself she ignored me. I pull up to the window and ask her the same question again and I explained to her that the order was wrong. She had a slammed the window was saying a bunch of things that I couldn’t hear she then opens up the window and snatched my vard out of my hand and rudely gave me my food. The whole experience was just bad I understand it’s fast food and service isn’t gonna be A1 but if you’re having a bad don’t take it out on others or find another place of employment.

Customers were ill because it took forever to get an order thru and to get our food. If you want your meal quickly go somewhere else. Several people left before ordering because it took so long.

I visited this KFC yesterday, and the management was terrible. The manager on duty—her name was Edith, I believe—had an awful attitude toward both the employees and the customers. It’s no surprise the service was so bad. The lobby was packed, the drive-thru line was backed up, and instead of helping her team, she was busy yelling at them. The whole situation created a really unpleasant atmosphere, and I even saw one employee walk out because of how poorly she was treated. The young lady who left seemed like a smart, hard-working, and respectful person—shame on Edith for driving her away. It would be completely wrong if KFC decided to fire that employee after what happened. Very disappointing experience overall.

I wish I could give negative stars!
I was there yesterday and the managment sucks! Edith, was her name I think. She was catching attiudes with the workers and the customers. Which is more than likely why the service sucked!
The lobby was full, drive thru was backed up and she still found time to yell at her workers instead of working together to get the job done. And a worker walked out because of her nasty attitude.

Ordered at the drive thru menu. Once I reached
the window, the associate at the drive through window snapped my total at me, and took my card. After my purchase was approved, she handed me my card, my food and then slammed the window in my face. If you would like to be made to feel like an inconvenience, this place is for you! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

They ran out of crispy chicken AFTER they took my money & coupon. Expected me to wait approx 14-16 minutes for another batch to cook. Offered dry breasts as another option. Gave me 3 small, dried out tenders that probably was cooked earlier that day. Broad St location is slow & lazy.

Went inside to order, our order was taken at 6:18 pm. We ordered six thighs six breasts extra crispy. Paid our bill including an extra $3.00 because we ordered breasts. At 6:40 pm the manager informed us that our order was considered a special order and it would be 20 more minutes for our order to be ready. It’s now 7:06 pm and we just got our order. I have a lot of patience, but this is excessive. I will never come to this place again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. My advice; get your act together or get off the stage. Customer service should always be your priority.
