We were traveling home after vacationing at the coast for 3 weeks and all wanted good Mexican food, but didn’t want to spend time at a sit-down restaurant. Well, Romulutos was excellent and everyone was very pleased with their meals!!! Wish we had this restaurant in So. Cal!!! Thank you for the delicious food, great service with a friendly smile, and the artistic decor was pleasing to the eye!

Had high hopes for this place. It came highly recommended. Unfortunately it was not good. Had carne asada burrito and it was bland. Filled with more lettuce and bland rice than you can imagine. The beef was dry/tough with no flavor. Maybe we ordered the wrong thing, but how can you mess up a burrito? We’ll, now I know. We will not try it again.

The gal that took our order spoke next to no English and didn’t understand what we were trying to order. They had to have another lady come to our table about 10 minutes later asking what we ordered and how we wanted it. ♀️
The food,… oh boy. The food was the worst I’ve ever had. One order was over cooked and it was so hard that it hurt to try to chew. Then they took crunchy rolled tacos and stuck them in a wine glass with wet lettuce and runny salsa? Not sure where all the liquid came from but while soaking in said sludge, they got cold and wet soggy on the bottom submerged is mystery liquid.
Mexican is my daughter’s favorite and she couldn’t eat this trash. Taco Bell is better Mexican food and that’s not saying much. We willNEVER go there is again!! It was just disgusting over all.
Save your money and eat anywhere else!!

The burrito was large but it was 13.50 for a supreme that had lettuce and shredded cheese? How is that a supreme burrito. The carne asada was bland and tasted like it had been boiled in plain tap water. The food was room temperature and even the shredded cheese from the industrial bag didn’t melt by the time I got to the end of it. The burria sauce was mostly oil and had no meet in it at all. Everything needed salt and the prices are not as listed on this app. You are paying for their fancy booths and art work not the food. I was very disappointed especially after seeing how big the burrito was to find out it was tasteless. I would not recommend this and feel the reviews on here are from people who have not actually eaten here. Would recommend taco bell over this place and I don’t even eat taco bell. I wish food industries would take pride in there craft again as for romulitos Mexican food inc, as listed on their receipt I imagine you use bagged food from a whole seller.

Never had a bad experience here, even refer them to colleagues. Came here to just get food on my way home after a 10 hour work day, get home and my boyfriend bites into a toothpick in his chicken taco. No management to handle this issue and if I want a refund for this i have to drive all the way back tonight. Definitely won’t be back or refer to ANYONE.

It’s pretty old and dingy in there. Nice staff. My torta was disgusting. The carne asada was little dried up pieces. The bread was over cooked. Small amount of guacamole spread on the bread. Super disappointing meal for $26.

Food is always good, very fair prices, and they always have a special. There is room for sitting at a booth or you can get to go orders. They have a well stocked salsa bar.

After reading other reviews, I questioned if we were in the same place. This restaurant was gross! I didn’t get a pic of the ceiling which was all stained and currently leaking into a bucket on a table.
We sat at one booth to have the table top move so much we had to move to another booth. And that booth had the huge hole in the seat (pictured).
The food was tasteless.
Their salsa is the only thing that had flavor.
