Heard about this place online/reviews. Went with my family. Food was good….employees very friendly….but took a long time to get served. I would repeat ordering take out. I hope they get their own spot instead of in a gas station convenience store. It will create a better setting for families and their operations will improve as well.

The owners called the next day and apologized. They were closed because it was New Year’s Day, but their online ordering system still took the order. They use Doordash for delivery and the driver called to try to tell us the shop was closed but it was lost in translation. I’m changing my review from 1 star to 3 because they called and gave us a refund.

This order was for my kids supper. We placed an order at 7:41pm. We attempted to call to get an update around 830. Someone called us back around 9 and said “soon.” Then they text us the same message. We tried calling at 9:30 and received a message that they were closed. Then we got a message that our order was cancelled. No reason was given. By then it was 9:30 – two hours after we placed the order – and we have no food for our kids. We had to place an order at Dominos because at least we know they will fulfill it. We paid for the pizza so hopefully they will give us a refund.

I recently went to try the Cuban pizzas in Naples, FL, and believe me, they were the best Cuban pizzas in Naples. The service was exceptional, the staff was super friendly, and the quality of the Cuban pizzas was unbeatable. I loved the place. 100% recommended.

Kat is probably the nicest woman to ever walk this earth. I pick up from this restaurant for DoorDash a lot and she is always absolutely lovely. The desserts here are insanely good and of course the pizza is too. Best hidden gem in all of Naples. would eat here every day, highly highly recommend!!
