My boyfriend and I were so excited to spend a lovely evening together for Valentine’s Day. We arrived at the restaurant to be ignored by the hostesses. They were clearly very overwhelmed. Finally when we were seated, our waiter John seemed overwhelmed and inpatient. We were looking forward to getting the Valentine’s Day special but were rudely told they ran out.. how do you not order enough when you know it’s going to be a busy night. So we went with other items on the menu. After waiting OVER an HOUR for our meals my Filet Mignon showed up with two baby potatoes…. TWO.. & his meal was not what he had pictured it to be either. We are parents who don’t get out much so the fact this is what we had to deal with means we will never return. What a disappointment don’t waste your time if you want a sad disappointing meal & to be dealt with by rude staff.

From the moment we entered this charming restaurant, we felt the welcoming atmosphere of Bleu Provence. The staff was most attentive and the food was absolutely delicious! Our waitress was very kind and despite the fact that the place was getting packed, we never felt rushed and could enjoy our meal. The courses came at perfect intervals and our waitress timed everything beautifully.
We have tried a lot of restaurants in Naples and feel that you certainly get great value for the price!

Good and reliable French cuisine. Admirable wine selection. Service is normally quite good, although on most recent visit got discharged for two items that had to be adjusted. Also, side order of grilled asparagus was cooked to mush. So review is based on four visits over 12 months, with the most recent below the level of prior.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Bleu Provence Restaurant! Our party of eight had a truly memorable evening. The food was outstanding—especially the Dover sole, hands down the best in town. Everything was flawless from start to finish. A special thank you to Shawn, our server, who made the night even better with his warm, attentive, and professional service. He truly went above and beyond.

Best meal we have had in Naples. Service was excellent and the Filet was perfectly cooked. Frites are the bomb. My wife had the Snapper and thoroughly enjoyed it. Super cute place with a great little wine shop attached.

One of our favorite restaurants in Naples. I went there for the 1st time 7 years ago and have been back every year since. The food is some of the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to France. The atmosphere is upscale but has a classic French bisto vibe. Dana is our go too server he’s the best and highly recommend. The family who own the place is super friendly and always comes over to chat a bit. Stop in for your next date night or really whenever you won’t be disappointed!

Great attention and service from the wait staff. Unfortunately the quality of some of the seafood dishes served at our table were not at that same level of excellence. Fyi, there is only one, single occupancy bathroom for both men and women. You may have to stand in line. Hard to fathom why a restaurant of this size (and menu prices) cannot provide more accommodating facilities.

Loved the relaxing outside patio. wonderful dinner with my son. Though it can be a little hot during the summer months. The inside dining area looks very accommodating as well. Our server was exquisite and always came to our table at the perfect time. The valet was very nice and patient as well. Thank you for the great service. Fantastic mixed drinks as well. Can’t wait for the sizzle dining in Sept. We will be back.
