Waited for a Popeye, that was made to order came with a surprise roach in it! When I returned to the store they act like I was the one with the problem. Didn’t make me a priority kept serving customers. Called her supervisor Dannn(That’s how his name is stored in his employees Courtney personal cellphone) wouldn’t let me speak with him had to ask repeatedly then she put him on speakerphone from her personal device.
Will be calling the health department and major news outlets first thing in the morning. Feeling sick to my stomach!

Workers are nice but always careless. Got my side of mashed potatoes out of the bag like this, with mashed potato all over other food containers. I also ordered them with no gravy, but they messed that up. I also got a bacon twister and they left off the bacon, which isn’t surprising. They take forever to make the food and the inside is always nasty. I despise this place its always something when we go here. And it’s disappointing to spend $20 if not more for carelessness and constantly messed up food.
Edited to add: I called the store to inquire about a refund and the employee was rude, said, “I am the GM and there’s no way your order was messed up or tampered with in that matter,” to which I said “well yess maam it was.” Since I picked it up myself and did not use DoorDash or anything. She hung up on me after that, so I will be contacting corporate about this.

Mother in law went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 peice meal original and a 8 peice meal extra crispy. Imagine the surprise that there was no chicken. At a chicken restaurant. No freaking chicken. Waited 20 minutes for chicken. She got it home and I opened it to find the 8 peice meal was original as well. Tried to call immediately. Of course no answer. I feed the kids and then headed to the restaurant with the 8 peice meal (for the adults) to grt what we actually ordered. Walked in and the guy running the drive thru throughly ignored me. Saw me but didnt acknowledge me and didnt look my way again. After over 5 minutes of standing there a guy emerges from the office (likely in front of the phone that noone answered when I called a few minutes earlier). I explained what happened and he cut me off and said maybe she should order clearly. I said she absolutely did as she read my text word for word and had someone with her who verified she ordered it correctly. I told him he was being extremely rude and it was unnecessary as I was being polite and calm. I asked him to please replace the chicken for what I ordered. Guess what? NO FREAKING CHICKEN! Told me another 20 minutes ♀️. I asked for a refund he rudely informed me it would be for just the chicken as if I was asking for a refund of the whole meal. No apologies. Nothing. How on freaking earth is a chicken place always out of chicken? Is it that hard to apologize and have decent customer service when the customer is being calm and polite?

I’m not one to leave negative reviews especially because the majority of mine are positive. But KFC should look into this restaurant. Extremely slow service and made me do the old “pull to the front door” trick to help their drive thru timer.. Waited forever and finally had to walk in and say something. I got a chicken sandwich meal with a root beer, soda was flat and sandwich barely looked cooked. Highly recommend going somewhere else if you have the opportunity.. Hopefully they correct their issues soon!

Messed up everything on order. Looked like garbage. Employee didn’t even know the correct size of wedges. Will be getting a refund. Never ever go to this place. Will be contacting corporate!

Well, I want to start off by saying I clearly didn’t get 2/3 of my dinners here.
I ordered my chicken meal with sides but the 2 other folks wanted popcorn chicken and that is not a menu item anymore.
This may not be a surprise to those who frequent the location, but to me I had to get meals at another restaurant.
They also no longer offer unsweetened tea!!!
With all the other options in Westerville that do make chicken, I most likely won’t frequent this place- which saddens me because Kentucky fried chicken has been part of my youth and adulthood- but if I don’t drink soda or sweetened tea.
I also won’t eat at places where my entire family can’t get a meal – I don’t like traveling to multiple places to feed all of us.
The chicken was good, but doesn’t seem as spicy as in years ago.
The sides were so small!!!
I miss the spork.
I got no napkins or butter sauce with my meal. Maybe I’m supposed to ask for napkins, but it it’s finger licking food I want napkins and a wet nap (not included either).
For the almost $12 spent- I could have gotten a rotisserie chicken, can of biscuits and premade mashed potatoes and gotten 4 meals out of it versus the 1 and snack.
The employees lacked any customer service skills but weren’t mean. Just ambivalent.
With so many options in close proximity it would be a shame if they fail.

Went to the drive thru to try the new Gravy Flight an item with all three gravys. Got two large sides and a drink to go with it. Total $20. Told at the window they dont do the flight (advertised as $2 in app and $4 on the sign on the speaker box) and they have to sell each gravy individually. She argued with me at the window that it is individual and wouldn’t acknowledge the flight existed.

I went there on 1/16 and they didn’t have any chicken. I went there again on 1/23 and yes, they didn’t have any chicken. Now for those of you that are unaware, or still working on your GED, KFC stands for Kentucky Fried Chicken! They basically sell 1 thing, chicken, and for some stupid reason, they never gave any.
The very product that they feature is their brand and included in their name. Can you imagine going to Burger King and being told that they don’t have any hamburger, or going to Pizza Hut and being told that they don’t have any Pizza?!

I went to the drive thru and ordered my food the person taking my order was talking over me, and I ONLY got half of my order. And paid 13.and some change. I called in to tell them about it and they had the attitude like Oh well!! I will never go back there again.

Bathroom was dirty and smelled horrible. We stood at the counter with no greeting except the people to keep just looking at us. And several other customers were complaining about the biscuits being rock hard. We left without ordering.
