Have had a few good experiences here, most are bad tho. And recent. The wait times in the drive through are as low as 5 minutes but can be as high as 15 minutes. When they have a huge order in front of you they don’t as the car to move forward to wait. No, they just let your food sit there getting cold while they wait. Also, if you could just get 1 drive through window person that can speak and comprehend words that would be the biggest help

Very slow. Waited for more than a half hour to pick up an online order. Finally got it, they forgot sauces. Fries and onion rings were cold. Not the first time I’ve had an almost identical experience give or take the severity of the missing item. Don’t waste your time or money. They’re borderline useless and a strain on our electrical grid

Great service and pleasant staff! I was pleasantly surprised by the yummy tasting food I always remembered having at this burger king all my life. Decided to stop in after not having it for years. I have been back several times since then!

Very long drive-thru wait. They used to be so fast before this location shut down. Their food also used to be made and served fresh! At least that’s how it was when I came here. Today my whopper jr was cold and gross, my havesies I got was old and stale, the cheesy tots were decent, there was 1 tot that was a cheesy bacon tot in the bunch, but it was very stale, very hard and disgusting.
After I pay and I’m sitting there waiting even longer after I done waited like 20 minutes in the line I was told didn’t have them. Do you want the cheesy tots instead. I said I’d like a refund for the cheesy tots then. (I paid cash) The guy working the window rolled his eyes, shut the window and got what I’m assuming is the manager. The blonde chick would not make eye contact stood there talking at a computer screen, saying to the guy to relay to me. “Well, if you want a refund you’re gonna have to get a whole order refund or take the cheesy tots.” SMH. This store needs knowledge and better leadership.

My absolute worst experience ever from a BK my food was cold like they didn’t microwaved it at all call to see if they wanted to make it right. And was met with a very rude and dismissed like what ever type response. Not to mention missing food on the order as well. Just ruined BK for me .

This placed just reopened and it’s already back to being awful.
I have gone twice for dinner and both times rude employees have been working. Not only are they rude, when ordering you can barely even hear what they’re saying as the employee turns his Bluetooth all the way down.
Both times my food has been cold and tasted like it has been sitting out for a while. How are you guys back to being open and still awful? I hope you close again.

Haven’t been to Burger King since it closed on Plainfield and heard it reopened so went to drive thru. Was approximately the 4th or 5th car back and it took about an 1/2 hour to get our food. Ordered a simple meal, 2 whoppers, 2 fries, and 2 cokes. Was very frustrated…

Dont go here!! All bad stars every time almost got here. They take forever that people are unhappy, empoyees are ungrateful.I just stopped in there to get food and they were open until midnight and it was 10 to and they told me that they were closed and then when I called them out and told them they’re open till midnight, then he’s like o we ran out of meat.And then when I said that, I was gonna reach out to the manager tomorrow and complain, he laughed at me.The employee laughed at me. Doesn’t deserve a job.
