Rarely write reviews but, this was an awful experience by an extremely rude drive-thru worker tonight.
I ordered a Chicken sandwich meal with & with a side of onion rings. Seems pretty simple until I opened my sandwich & saw onion rings in the actual sandwich. Didn’t think was hard to fix & didn’t warrant the lady working there to yelling at the top of her lungs. As she returned with my food I guess she felt great about giving me burnt fries & stale onion rings as retaliation!! This place shouldn’t have people working there who make mistakes & then try to make people sick on purpose!!!

The store is open 24 hours . Th environment is very warm and beautiful. They have Plenty of seats. A great place to hangout with friends and have some nice foods. Their foods are great. They bake fresh and delicious.

They have this new fancies machine for the custumer to place the orders. I dont like to use them. They are really confusing and im not an employee. I told the employee kindly they I Ratner place the order with them. The guy told me to use the machine. I kindly left because they refused to take my order!!

For some reason my video disappeared it’s all good hoping for a great lunch b4 work that day got something that obviously was well flavored but half the sandwich was done and the other well… I think they tried to kill me SMH. Good luck you’re welcome.

If I could give zero star I would. After seeing the chicken fingers on a commercial on TV I was excited to try it. My husband and I ordered three orders of the three piece and was absolutely disappointed. The chicken was extremely greasy, salty, dry and overcooked like it’s been fried over and over. Nothing like the pictures or tv CV commercial.
