The Little Caesars in Lake Worth got the last nickel they will ever get from my family. The manager was getting onto her employee because I was taking too long ordering. She was in the front of the store with other customers present and then proceeded to try and tell me how to train employees when I spoke up for her employee. I’ve been training for over 40 years and have professional training and certifications for such. If a boss spoke to me like she did her employee I would have left right then. She, the manager, then checked my order and sent me on my way. At my truck I checked the order only to find they got it completely wrong. One item of three on the pizza was correct. I advise everyone who reads this to share so nobody else is treated like the employee and myself were.

Tried to place an order at 9:15. They close at 10. Online ordering is off. I go through the drive thru. She says she can’t do the 2 for $4.99 each because it’s online ordering only. I tell her online ordering is shut off. She said “I know.” I asked why. “It turns off at 9:30”. It’s 9:26, and I tried at 9:15. Which are both before 9:30. I told her that didn’t make sense and she said she couldn’t help me.
Update: ordered from Pizza Hut. They honor their deals and employees are capable of reading a clock. 10/10.

At this point, it’s my fault because this is my fourth time buying at this store.
If there’s a place that hates customers … it’s this one.
This time the pizza was a pool of oil.
And we had a previous experience were we were treated so badly that we just left in the middle of the ordering process because the “girl “ was so mean that we can hardly believe it.
The one at River Oaks is so much better if you really likes LC pizzas. But the one at Lake Worth it’s terrible.

I ordered an order online. Went to pick it up. Guy working the cashier did not address me, kept cutting me off when I wanted to ask a question. He kept assisting drive thru people. He saw me didn’t even welcome me. Finally after 15 mins of waiting. He said yeah and I was like I’m here to pick up an order. By my name(insert name) and he said we gave it away to someone else. He was short, rude not helpful and told me that I would just have to wait for them to make another order after waisting about 20 mins already. I was on the way to pick up someone. I had to leave. Not helpful, rude, never going back there til I see better reviews and a total new staff. Corporate needs to be notified with all these horrendous reviews. You guys are losing money because of poor work ethics!!

You charge me $1.29 for a one sauce pack while Saginaw and Watauga charge me $0.59 each (2 for $1.00). You people are a huge rip off and your service is extremely awful!!! I placed my order at 6:00pm and you kept me waiting for a whole hour just to order a slice and stix and it was 7:05pm when I left with my order.

Got 3 pizzas spent 30$ and all were doughy and not fully cooked i’m pregnant and bit into one and was disgusted. Called several times for no answer. Tried to cook all the way myself and waste of time. Was never disappointed here until today.

At 6:59 we ordered 2 pepperoni pizza on a Friday night… since there was no hot and ready pizza at all. After waiting, when the box was opened at home… the dough was still cream colored and not really baked. It was doughy and chewy. Had to pre-heat my own oven to 450 and bake for 10 full minutes. The person who pulled, cut and boxed knew the pizza wasn’t cooked right. Poor management.
